The full year dividend including final and interim will be 10% at this SP. That is absolutely nuts. PE of 4.5 and a divi cover well over 1.5 (expected) so why can the SP not recover to £2 plus ? What is the problem ?

Not much evidence of that rotation in to value today. Plenty of evidence of the move out of tech (again). Every value stock I have with PE's of a maximum 10 and divi cover all over 1.5 has taken a bumming today. its a pi55 take

Crazy SP. At £14 the dividend was 9.7%. At £13 it will be over 10% with a divi cover of 1.86 and a PE below 5.5. This is crazy stuff. A gift from the divi gods

Absolute bargain. Cannot believe it continue to drop. Its like a gift from the dividend god. This market is nuts. PE must be 7.5 now. So much free cash sloshing about and divi cover of 1.6. Mental price. IMB is even more nuts. Even lower PE of 5.5 and greater divi cover of 1.86.

Its still a step forward and we know there are discussion going on in the background for a partner to fund the construction. I don't think EQT would have agreed to acquire the land if they were not comfortable with the situation.

They are a £4bn MCap business. €4.5m euros for 25% of a 500k Oz Ag resources is peanuts. I'm notnsure what DD would be required but I can't see it being much. I think AAZ were perhaps being a pain the aRse.

Looks to be a better upfront deal with a small percentage lost over the SPC to Demir from that of the AAZ deal. Just need to stop fiiking about and get the deal over the line. 500k oz of Ag will be extended many multiples with €9m of drilling.

That will be the final dividend but there is quite possibly an interim dividend to be received later on in the year. That would take the dividend to 18p approx and just under 10%.

That is one reason why the SP looks low based on a PE of 4.5. If this was to reach £2.60 the PE would clearly rise and the dividend yield reduce to more normal or sector comparable levels.

There was plenty of dividend cover last time the dividend was paid on the full year at around 18p so I would not expect this to be reduced for the foreseeable future. 12p approx might well be declared as the final but it won't be the only dividend.

You can be assured that Ricardo will be planning on incorporating the solid system in any future engineering design for decarbonising shipping and locomotive. There will be a ready made market for the solid system as soon as its commercial

FCI, I feel you're frustration. almost stopped reading a lot of the posts on here.

Thanks Athansius for posting the WHI commentary. It confirms what I believed anyway and one of the reasons I continue to hold. I firmly believe that the AFC fuelcell tech will be the best on the market due to its 'unique attributes' which will ultimately reduce Opex for the customer. In addition to this, we should also appreciate that AFC have developed a low cost fuel cell so this reduced cost will also apply to Capex for the customer. AFC will become the fuelcell of choice.

There are plenty of other developed out there but have they taken the time in R&D to ensure that the end user is getting ultimate value for money ? Why would you use PEM over a lower Capex lower Opex system developing power at an equivalent or greater power density ? I assume that if AFC really nail Alkamem then it would be no hardship to move into electrolysers as well.

Thanks Steve. Previous years prior to COVID there has been a special dividend paid equating to around 29p for full year dividend. Do you think DLG will return to that figure in the upper 20s or will they be closer to 22p for the full year from now ? its still a decent divi but divi cover has always been around 1.5 at the 29p level so would they need to cut back to lower 20's ?

Also like the look of MNG and have taken a position there also. Again, a very good divi and divi cover with a low PE so plenty of room for capital growth and plenty of reason to maintain the same dividend as previous years unless something has gone drastically wrong.

Not the most exciting shares but excitement is not my reason for investing into defensive stocks

Is this bid price for real ? who is stupid enough to sell at this price ? You only have to read the RNS from last week and see that short term there will be an update. Some very silly people about, that is for sure. Probably those that paid 0.53p a couple of weeks ago. I have an average of 0.475p which is probably lower than most and I have not once been in profit whilst holding here but at least I knew it would be a buy and hold. Greenfield will communicate to the market when they have something to say.

Dividend cover is important. The last dividend was covered 1.86x. I cannot see why they would need to reduce dividends from this level now or anytime in the future if earnings and profits are consistent.

Starter position taken. Looking for some normality to creep back into value stocks paying a decent dividend. Anyone know what the final dividend may be ?

Oh, its very much over £1m. Perhaps you need to go an do some research on how Argo generate revenue. Clearly have not got a clue

I understand why you would be greedy at 1350 but what is driving this to that level. Dividend would be in excess of 10% there. As I have read this morning 1400 is perhaps only about 60% of fair value for IMB. Is it just that the industry is out of favour ? Does this really matter with revenue and profits such as whats achieved here ? Seems a solid investment opportunity at this level and even better if it drifts lower.
