Yes looks like they may be near the end, I’m not sure whether they will leave it open or backfill it.

Today’s image of the tailings dam looks like they’ve exposed the liner nearly all the way round the dam between the 2 tailings ponds.

The image isn’t that clear but certainly good enough to see excavation must be complete.

Checking that liner for leaks must be difficult in hot conditions. Re- welding the joints all the way round may be a solution.

Highlights of Drilling Results from Wishbone, Carnegie and Empress

Wishbone

• Two maiden drill holes were completed to test structural targets; • Mineralisation in the form of disseminated sulphides was seen throughout

basement rocks (ERC036); • Anomalous gold, silver and copper detected (ERC036: up to 38ppb gold,

0.44ppm silver and 0.15% copper).

Carnegie • One drill hole was completed to test a nickel sulphide target resembling both the geophysical signature and size of Independence Group's Nova nickel

deposit; • Basement was successfully intersected at Carnegie (ERC034) for the first

time; • Encouragingly, a consistent nickel anomalous response was detected in

basement (up to 0.02%) from 380m to 408m (end of hole).

Empress

Two RC drill holes completed to test a surface MMI anomaly;

• One hole successfully reached basement (ERC032); • Anomalous gold (45ppb) was detected from surface to 4m depth, but the

source of this gold response remains unexplained.

Its massive sulphides they need to find, there is a typical section on this site

So there are sulphides around Wishbone and now we know there are long areas of Banded Iron Formations.

The Ernest Giles East blocks called Westwood have had to be reapplied for , first application though was in 2017.

Ggp did some survey work out there though, Gervais got excited by it.

Gervaise Heddle, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"We believe these results further highlight the potential for the Ernest Giles gold project to be one of most significant gold districts to be identified globally within the last decade. These latest findings have significantly improved our understanding of the prospective geology of the Eastern block.

"The MMI sampling has identified several clusters of anomalies across multiple adjacent sample traverses, which is extremely encouraging given the traverses were spaced at 3.2 kilometre intervals. The work carried out further enhances the potential of the Ernest Giles project and confirms our previously stated view that the Ernest Giles project has the potential to host several multi-million ounce deposits."

Highlights:

· Multiple gold anomalies identified over 60 kilometres of strike at Ernest Giles East coincident with the prospective basement geology;

· Several clusters of MMI anomalies have been identified, with key clusters exhibiting a strike in excess of 9km long and up to 3km wide;

· Detailed analysis of the ground gravity results from this campaign, and the recently acquired detailed airborne magnetics, confirms the gold prospectivity highlighted by the latest MMI results.

The Eastern blocks of the Ernest Giles project ("Ernest Giles East") cover approximately 600 square kilometres, including a large 80km long north-south trending sequence of rocks which represent an extension of the gold prospective Ernest Giles greenstone sequences. There has been virtually no modern exploration conducted at Ernest Giles East prior to this most recent campaign “

The Lower aquifer is in a layer of Tillite , this is rubble from melting glaciers. This Tillite post dates the ore body and is the product when Australia was joined to Antarctica and nearer the South Pole. As Australia moved to the NW the ice sheet melted.

Over millions of years the Tillite was covered by layers of silt and sand compressed into stone. There was also one more layer of Tillite laid down probably after the Snowball event which turned the Earth white. Other layers of clays were laid on top creating more pressure on the Lower Tillite compacting it into a strong rock but porous enough to hold water. The water could not enter the basement rocks and got trapped in this confined aquifer.

This water is ancient it’s either washed down from upper layers and got sealed in, this could have leached salts out and taken it down to the aquifer.

The aquifer is hypersaline indicating it’s full of salts making the rock environmentally unfriendly for using on roads etc but is intended to be used to cover the waste rock mound. When the satellite images show this mound going white we will know they are in the Tillite.

High salt levels are not good for health reasons and certainly will corrode rubber seal on the hydraulics.

Salt also affects cement, so sulphate resistant cements will be used in the shot crete if not already being used.

Shaun says they’ve identified a shorter route to get through this layer quicker and into the basement levels. Good job too!

The drawings for the 3 new evaporation ponds were approved in April since then they have stated that these ponds may now not be required and only constructed as and when.

These ponds are twice the area of the other 3 and deeper/higher.

This cost saving is going to be a lot if they’re not required.

Think about that if these ponds are twice the size and may not be required, then there is a great chance of no major issues going through that aquifer apart from the salinity.

The satellite image from the 28th June showed the works to the dams starting to diminish. It’s a bit unclear/fuzzy but certainly less happening than on the 23rd.

Not the right type of ore for Telfer and too far away.

Not only have they a plant to build there are tailings dams, waste rock mounds, leach pads all will need environmental approvals.

Someone is busy , there are 2 new licences applied for. One is attached to Woodlands to the SE following the anticline target on Woodlands, there is a producing gold mine a bit further to the east of these 2.

The other licence is to the SE of Woodlands, the central part of this has a separate application from another company who sell on their licences or take a percentage.

There are 3 licences on Yannarie the northerly one is on the road and the village/ township is in that licence.

The adjoining smaller licence to the east has just been applied for.

The last RNS of EG showed the Mount Smith licence with grant of approval plus heritage clearance.

On the plan it shows all the licences Meadows and Mt Smith plus the ones in application but it missed Empress, it wasn’t shown. Since that date an application has gone in for it on 24th May. Empress was drilled by Callum and had some gold recorded in the logs which looked very promising.

It’s the continuation of the Banded Iron formation that runs to the SE of Mount Smith with Westwood out on the East.

Carnegie the nickel target has still not been reapplied for which is in the centre.

They paid Aus.$750,000 plus $42m Aus in shares which worked out at 17% dilution

There was no mention of a hoist in the last news about Havieron but there was another Decline mentioned.

I personally believe a hoist is needed between 400m - 750m and deeper as they will need to go deeper and quicker with the diminishing shape making trucking inefficient and not viable.

I’ve done a detailed plan of the works involved with a SLOS operation on that shape orebody. I had trouble in achieving 3mt let alone 6.5mt. I believe the % in the top 3-400m is 80% of the total sulphides from memory but may have decreased in time due to them finding more sulphides. The further it goes down the harder it is to retrieve 3mt per annum due to its diminishing surface area.

The SLOS 3mt tonnage high grade can be achieved by adding in some of the Northern corridor pods.

Now if they had said 3mt SLOS with a 3.5mt SLC that is way more achievable.

I’m not sure where a 9mt SLOS/SLC would come from. The obvious place would be the lower grade breccia but this would dilute the high grade that we have. There’s lots of this on the East side of the Dyke but it has all the infrastructure for the Eastern and Northern fronts, so can’t all be removed till later.

It’s more beneficial to remove the high grade prior to removing any breccia unless it can be separated out.

I get fed up spouting how good Hemi is, yes they are bigging up the numbers, they’re not really telling the full story. They have 6 initial open pits, that is huge costs brewing with waste rock mounds and maybe leach pads.

They have refractory gold so huge waste problems and difficulty with processing.

All this for 10 years and where’s the copper oh yes they haven’t got any.

I’m waiting for the other guys to drop in now and have a go .

That’s only our starter mine it could take 20 years or more at current tonnage rates .

Hemis best will be long gone and then our bulk mining would have started.

You just summed it up yourself but came to the wrong conclusion.

A lower grade than Havieron will need to process far more to gain the ounces you are assuming.

Havieron ore is from a starter mine with lots more LoM years to look forward to. Hemi will be producing from 6 open pits ie their main ore. LoM will be a lot lower.

Quality ore = more $ for your bucks for longer

It is an option to build a plant at Havieron, 3mt pa is quite a big plant though

JLP have done very well in constructing their modular units, I think the costs are between $3-6m but it is only catering for high copper grades and you would need 6 units at Havieron. A lot more equipment is required at Havieron to deal with gold, bismuth and pyrites.

It would need its own power source ie renewables.

The Telfer plant is the way forward eventually processing at Havieron when free cash flow is available

I heard it was June but could be July.
