That won’t happen they will use long range forecasts not current prices

The gold equivalent formula is effected by the metal prices and also effects the recovery rates as the tailings may be put through the process again , the high prices making this more viable.

Dec 23 $1750 and $3.75

The reserves are always a few hundred dollars lower than resources.

Today’s prices copper $4.27 and gold $2668

The assumed prices today will have an upward effect on the aueq oz

There are 2 schematic views of the crescent showing gold grades.

Wind forward to the graphic link they gave us in 2023 and find the mine plan and have a play with that schematics the increase in the high grades consistency is quite extraordinary.

Not like for like as the purple in the MMRE shows >5g/t while the purple in the graphics are >3g/t but it’s the consistency I’m on about.

With metal prices increasing this will bring further low grade ores within the crescent into the economic viability zones.

Regarding the Feasibility Study this was supposed to be issued in the December quarter 2022 and is likely to be issued 3 years later in Dec 2025 quarter.

I put this down to 2 things:-Firstly the orebody was still developing changing every time a drill went down, it would have kept changing how it would be mined.

Secondly we’ve had a change of ownership, Ggp having a minor involvement in its formation to now having the FS the way they want it and this includes the means of extracting the ore.

Havieron has an Indicated resource that has a conversion factor of 86% to change it to a probable reserve.

Inferred can’t be converted to probable only the Indicated.

Havieron has a probable reserve which is a mineable production estimate.

Indicated and Inferred are an in ground estimate.

The likes of Hemi, Winu and Minyari are only Indicated and Inferred, whereas Havieron has a probable reserve and an Indicated and Inferred resource.

51m tons in the SE crescent and link zone is Indicated and Inferred, within that sum 25m ton is classed as a probable reserve that is a mineable estimate.

Ggp’s last mining plan is saying 51m tons to be mined over 19-20 years so they have taken the resource to be mined.

Now they have had their hands tied waiting for NCM/NEM to produce a revised reserve report which has not been forthcoming since the August 2022 conformation by NCM of a Ggp reserve report.

Nearly 3 years since that reserve figure was reported.

There was a lot of drill results not included in that report and the resource has grown since and better understanding of that orebody has been developed.

This has increased the consistency within the sulphide structure and changing a lot of Inferred into Indicated.

The orebody today has an increase in Indicated resource which can be converted still at 86% into a reserve.

The 51m tons of resource a greater proportion can be converted to a reserve report.

We had 2.9moz equivalent reserve in 2022 we are expecting something like 4.3-4.5moz eq.

The latest mining plan looks to taken in this conversion.

It’s another upside to the sp when the figures are released.

The standard Dore bars are 25kg, that photo looks to be a full bar and a part bar.

About 800oz and c600oz

That would be 600oz and 3-400oz of gold roughly

The last satellite image on the 4th was cloudless it looked really hot and the salt pans drying out, last season the wet season came in March and April.

In the next 6 months we also have the works starting at Havieron.

Permissions for the new ponds and haulage road to Telfer due soon, plus the 2 main vent shafts which are on the critical lists.

The Decline can’t really start again till these are completed or underway.

Will be good to see something happening on the satellite’s at Havieron.

Hi Bazzaman hope you are well it’s been nearly 5 years now when we were all chatting on the TW board and the price there is still languishing so it’s just not AIM stocks doing that.

I know many are getting impatient with Ggp and looking at other explorers or selling out but news will drop big time in next couple of months.

Most drilling programmes have been stopped during the heat of the Aussie summer but Telfer should be still drilling the West Dome Deeps and the Eastern Stockwork Corridor unless they’ve completed that phase.

There’s so much news to drop on us . The MRE resource update, resource modelling, quarterly revenues, London Deep results, Bootstrap results, Atlantis drilling programmes, Stage 7 cutback permission, Stage 8 extension permission, VSA drilling programme, M reef drilling programme, A reef drilling programme, outlier target programmes , Reserve estimate, new mining plan extensions and second quarterly revenues.

There’s a lot happening , everyone has their own decision to make but personally I’m still holding and adding when I can

They bought that stake from Gruyère earnings

These own 50% of the Gruyère mine so they are producing 150koz pa since 2019 they’re only producing asset at the moment, no debt plenty of cash. They’ve had to build a plant and road. Gruyère due to end 2032.

Telfer will produce around 400koz definitely for one year hopefully maybe 2 years with the current resources and longer with further resources. Havieron due to start in 2 years and last for at least 20 years.

Every chance Ggp could get bigger than Gold Road

We are told second half of the year but I would have thought late in the year there’s a lot of new Ggp input into it.

There was a quarterly results last night from Gruyère , the mine closest to Ernest Giles. Its results should indicate what roughly to expect from Telfer at 93,000 oz for the quarter. Telfer should be on for 85,000 oz.

Ramelius also had similar results from a mine further to the west of EG.

Shaun there were 2 rigs on the West Dome Deep and 2 on the new ESC .

The ESC is stockwork so variable veins whereas the WDD looks like a high grade pod with breccia surrounding it. Earlier reports suggest to pods in the WDD but it could be one bigger ore body feeding up from below similar to the Main Dome, concentrating minerals in the Lower Limey unit strata. Hopefully the fan drilling will define these orebodies more clearly.

Well there is a slight risk that Havieron won’t go ahead until the FS is issued to allay those risks, so Shaun will have to keep promoting it and so he should be.

As far as keeping Telfer going I would expect to see a PFS at least on the West Dome Deep, the fan drilling there could produce drill spacings close enough for an early resource estimate and mining model.

This news would be very welcome from all concerned. I would expect governmental approvals sought soon after to start mining. This will only be for the top half, the underground rig will need to get lower for any deeper resources

I’ve had the same thoughts but I don’t think it will happen till after Havieron comes on line. Shaun will want to keep shareholders involvement while he’s building the company value. He will want investors to know that Telfer can support itself.

Why do you say not bank on it, if you look at the RNS 9th Dec the hedging price is A$3916 the actual price is above $4100+ that’s already $200 higher.
