21.9mt was included in the sale price, it was the subsequent increases that wasn’t. This has increased to 35mt.

Somebody mentioned about the 500,000oz in the mine plan and the recovery factors which is correct but the volumes on the ROM pad have gold quantities that have been understated. The gold quantities could be anywhere between 425,000 oz to 500,000oz

Two or three things came out of that interview today for me.

Twelve quarters of free cash flow, quite significant as the mine plan only had 4 or 5 quarters. This shows confidence that there will be no gap before Havieron kicks in.

Shaun discussed the Stage 7 and 8 cutbacks in the West Dome pit, stage 7 in the RNS is due to complete in November 26, then stage 8. Shaun mentioned then the very large cutback stage 3 in the main dome without really going into any detail.

These are exploration targets outside the mining plan.

The other one mentioned is the rigs drilling on the ESC target, no details yet.

No mention yet of the M reefs, the A reefs and the VSC details.

I believe the 12 quarters doesn’t include these latter targets and they don’t include the potential targets like the West Dome Deeps.

The other one mentioned which one poster will have delight in me discussing is the bitumen road( perhaps he’s thinking if I put a tender in for the contract with my tarmac gang).

This detail is an exceptional confidence in Havieron’s long term future production . You wouldn’t need to do it for a 10 year mine.

What could be left to mine:-

Stage 8 in the mine plan currently being excavated could be 10mt left.

Stage 7 cutback approval received Ggp go ahead required, depending on start date/ stage 8 completion mine life to Nov 26.

Stage 8 extension downwards, Shaun has indicated its high grade likely to be the fluid pathway, I’m not sure approvals are in with Stage 8, extension to mine life to be advised with tonnage.

Main Dome cutback, a very large operation, process forward for approvals prior to go ahead

Main Dome underground- M reef and A reef as in the mine plan to continue till December and maybe into next year no capex required just continued mining operation.

Eastern stock works- Shaun has indicated that there are 2 drills working underground on this section these could be on deeply dipping reefs. Will enable underground mining to continue into 2026.

The Vertical stock works- a very large zone of many veins with variable mineralisation. Shaun told me last September this area will be worked on as and when due to its variable nature. By this he said in one metre you might get low mineralisation, the next could be very high grades so will be worked on when required.

West Dome deeps continued exploration of this very high grade zone could be 5 to 10 years of mining here.

The SE extension including Backdoor a near surface open pit au-cu target, resource at moment 20k oz with a lot more potential for growth. Removed from the last MRE and could be readied. 6 or 7 other targets near there including Pascalle.

Camp dome/ 17 mile hill a copper “ blanket“

Under 70m of cover with 50kt copper which was removed from the last MRE and could be readded.

Mining licence next to Tims Dome of Antipa’s, gold anomaly already found ripe for more exploration.

Existing abandoned mine at Fallows field 50koz already mined ripe for more exploration.

O’Callaghans- an anomaly rich in tungsten, copper, lead and zinc under about 150-200m of cover in the MRE.

Triangle a gold anomaly I’ve heard it has heritage issues so not sure what will happen there.

Either end of Antipas Parkland anomaly in Ggp licences

Thompsons Dome to the north of Telfer - a mining licence with no work carried out on it for ages.

Probably a lot more I’ve not come across.

4-5 years ago Newcrest were planning the end of Telfer, the large Tier 1 ore targets were depleting fast, the remnants were not capable of sustaining the margins required for the company the size of Newcrest. These size companies would prefer to look elsewhere for guaranteed tier 1 ore and not spend time on firming up exploration finds.

Havieron decline issues made them look elsewhere and found Red Chris and Brucejack. They were not interested in chasing smaller finds to maintain a Tier 2.

I’ve read the Admissions Document right through and many other documents as well.

My research I’ve shared with many others, some here and on Twitter have criticised and abused me for the knowledge I share. I can tell you point blank there will be no gap in Telfer to Havieron ore and if I’m incorrect the sums made will be far more than in the Admissions Document to keep the lights on.

The ore piles left have already increased from 21.6mt last October to nearly 35mt last week.

Two target areas stage 7 and 8 in the West Dome pit are nearing the excavation operation , stage 7 should increase the Mine Life to Nov 2026 quoted in the last RNS.

The next phase is the cutback in the Main Dome pit, that dwarfs the West Dome Pit targets, could be a couple of years there.

These were all removed from Newmonts MRE because they didn’t meet their Tier 1 margin requirement, they can be added straight into the Ggp MRE resource estimate due this March.

Some people don’t do their own research properly and there’s quite a few on this board and elsewhere.

Will Shaun come over to London for the next half year results 🤷‍♂️

There are about 6 targets in the SE licences

Backdoor, Dolphy and Ironclad are 3 and removed from Newmonts MRE in Dec 23.

They are part of Newcrests unloved mining licences quoted by Shaun.

GGP’s own target Pascalle is close to Ironclad.

They are all on a NW-SE trend where Rincon’s Westin target is situated to the SE.

I didn’t realise the Backdoor target was as big as it is and with hardly any cover

Look at the costs at the end $1,194m and you bought it for how much $425m, cheap as chips .🤣

They used 33,000m cubed of concrete to build the plant .

Just remember a lot of this under the Main Dome has gone but the VSC at depth is still there with very high grades.

The West Dome deeps is still as is and could be an analogue of the Main Dome deeps, ie high grades reefs and pods.

It’s not my view that Havieron will need all of Telfers Free cash flow. It only needs to get started and then ongoing infrastructure will be paid for by Havieron. There’s a lot to spend out yet though to get Havieron started. The FCF and debt will pay for that but the point that Shaun keeps making about the costs are in AUD means it becomes cheaper as the gold revenues are in USD.

Debt would be more apparent if the 15 month mine plan was all that Telfer has to offer, well this looks unlikely if the mine plan can be stretched for 2 or 3 years.

Ggp need every $ to find more ore at this present moment so the answer is no to share buybacks and Shaun is more keen on giving divis in at least 3 years according to him.

Ggp have been using a design programme for the Decline planning and then used another to form a mine plan.

Newcrest used a different system.

It’s all detailed in the appendixes on each RNS. I don’t remember them using the Whittle software.

I’m always looking at others reporting of news / results, it’s a way of learning. I’ve begun to see through waffle and overhyping of results, to me Antipa have been rather good at overhyping and talking their results up. It’s what they leave out to make their results look better.

Positives :-they have found gold, they are within trucking distance of Telfer, open pit, maybe economical.

Negatives:- no reserves announced, no dilution % announced, over calculating their gold equivalent values esp the cobalt, calculating the metal content based on resources, leaving in the gold equivalent value when the scoping study suggests only gold/ silver CIL plant.

I could go on a bit more but I think you get my drift I’m not a fan of the way it’s been handled.

It’s not going to make much difference to Ggp if Minyari isn’t processed at Telfer, there’s a lot of our own to go at first.

I agree with Jerry in that we should let them spend their cash to produce their own FS.

To maintain 2.8mt 4 vertical fronts need to be worked in a progressive manner and more when it gets lower and thinner. Which is why I said a second decline would be needed for a separate operation

First was a presentation in 2003 showing the West DomeDeeps I have only screen shots that I’ve shown during my presentations. I haven’t a link.

Secondly was the drilling results from 2013

De Grey issued strong drilling results last night under one of their pits.

The sketch on that release shows an incredible amount of infrastructure required and that just for under two pits, what about the other 4.

Our Havieron we are so lucky just goes straight down, a beautiful shaped ore body with one Pearl necklace 🤣

The vertical ounce per metre is very high = less infrastructure .

The exciting West Dome deeps will need new infrastructure, the existing hoist is 1.9km away so that’s a straight decline length. It will reach the orebody roughly in the middle so the spiral decline will go up and down from that point. In other words stoping can start on 2 fronts. All positives.

I don’t know at this moment how much tonnage they can achieve.

You are coming over as someone who really doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

In March they will be issuing a new MRE for Telfer resources this will show a sizeable increase. The Newmont MRE removed most of the target areas out of their report, we know it’s going to be sizeable from the Shaun interview on Sunday. This will reflect hugely on the mining plan to be released in June and remove any risk of Telfer running out of ore.

Total nonsense that Ggp will be manipulating the sp before the ASX , they are not allowed to withhold information that will effect the share price.

There’s an historical document on Newcrest old website from around 2013 showing the 4 vertical drills with some very high grade intercepts working through those a rough average around 5g/t can be estimated. I’ve only heard what Shaun is telling us that they are finding consistent high grades.

Chatting with Goldworm in the pub the other night is quite uplifting from a geological point of view. It depends how much high grade is trapped in the Lower Limey strata where there is an anticline. He thinks there’s about 5g/t as well but there is a lot of breccia surrounding the high grade pod so it could lower the average down a bit to 3g/t.

We really are unsure about what the drill results will reveal but they are going to be high and extensive.

As far as the Money of mine chap saying the main dome and west dome underground are connected that doesn’t look feasible geologically. Even Shaun said the West Dome Deeps are open in all directions bar eastwards ( the direction of the main dome). The 2 fluid pathways look to be going away from each other not like Havieron where multiple pathways came up roughly from the same spot.

My thoughts though are still centred on the West Dome Deeps it could “ blow the doors off”.

Gold content could be 2 to 9m oz my guesstimation.

Released before the ASX listing could give them a headache.

Although Shaun laughed at my thoughts of starting a conveyor decline near Kraken, I still think it is a better option than going through all that soft ground.

Now it’s all 100% ours there’s no conflict of interest .

At Kraken there’s not a lot of cover and heading down to Havieron would all be in hard rock. It could pick up other ore bodies on the way if any.

Tunnelling machines don’t seem to be used by miners but I think it will be advantageous on a straight run. It’s not likely to go all the way to Telfer.
