After the Stroud meeting I was quite exhausted, there were a lot of new people it was very enjoyable. I’ve never been asked so many questions.

It’s been a bit of a week with Stroud taking most of my time but lots has happened.

Landtracker maps picking up that Ggp has applied for a huge swathe of land some that the Rio jv surrendered. Half of Telfer Domain and half of Strickland plus a lot more.

Well only a few days of this quarter remains with 91 days of processing possible whereas last quarter only had 78. I shall be disappointed with anything under 100koz but Shaun did say temper your expectations.

Stage 7 was suppose to be where most of the ore is coming from but the satellite images aren’t showing conclusive evidence of that. The great photo of the blasting is at the top of stage 7 so it is happening but most is the ore seems to be coming from the base of the pit. There is a very high grade zone at the northern end of West Dome pit base above 2g/t but the benching needs to go back to get at most of it.

We have an under utilised hoist, this is the target for the next couple of quarters to part fill that hoist and the A reefs quality should do that. The A70 reef had an intercept 2.2m at 16.9g/t and 12.21% copper, that is phenomenal grade. Now I know I’ve said in the past ignore the high sections at Havieron but this reef is constrained, this ore when on the ROM pad will help to keep the head grade up above 1.5g/t for a while. Could be 20koz and 5kt of copper in that small section.

Still got loads I could say but will leave it there for a while.

Shame my threads been infected with impatient people worrying about day to day movements and rampers from other companies.

I can’t be bothered with it all.

I’m only interested in the resource growth which is the main future sp driver.

Those ESC grades are stunning and nearly ready to be mined. There’s a decline there ready for the trucks to start getting it out, I’m not sure how many trucks that decline can handle but 2mt per year should be on . At 1.5g/t would give an extra 25,000 oz per quarter plus the copper.

Time wasters please keep away your not wanted here.

The West Dome Deeps drilling planned to start in June to infill the holes already drilled to produce a reserve report and to drill the stockwork under the high grade

Notice the achieved recovery rates compared to the pre acquisition plan rates.

The copper recovery rate is a huge increase from 61% in the admissions document to 80%.

Copper is a credit so will reduce the AISC costs with that higher recovery rate.

Interesting that they were tipping those large trucks straight into the primary crusher. Must be a huge crusher.

Rather than dumping it in a pile and re handling it into the crusher. Cut costs dramatically.

Last quarter there was a 11 day maintenance shutdown of the plant and 2 days lost production from that cyclone rains.

77 producing days

This quarter 91 producing days

18% increase.

The ESC - 16 holes drilled some significant intercepts.

Little infrastructure required to bring it in to the Mine Plan.

12mt truck to surface

2-3mt per year

4-6 years mine life.

A reefs - Stunning results, plus some really high copper intercepts.

Work underway to bring these extensions into the mine plan.

West Dome pit stages 7&2 extensions:- Hopefully these 2 potential extensions will be economically viable to expand the latest cutbacks into the Mine Plan.

Those intercepts do look good for open pit grades.

Notice the 27 holes for 7,225m very similar to Ernest Giles 30 holes for 8,000m.

What a daft statement they will release the quarterly results when they are ready.

You are thinking too short term unless you’re here only to make a quick buck, if you are you’re in the wrong share.

In time the ASX and AIM will sort itself out.

The Resource growth at Telfer will be the short term driver and then on in to the mid term prior to Havieron.

The FS is a significant blip in the growth path of Ggp, that is what will draw more Institutions in, many won’t invest without that surety. There is no surety at Telfer without future growth prospects in the Resource.

I did mention Molybdenum at Havieron only because Sherri Duhe slipped that at in a speech I haven’t seen any major evidence of it in published sources. I have seen traces of it in the cover sequence.

As I said before the ASX is just another blip in the Ggp story, I wish you would all stop dwelling on the price it will soon settle down.

We are on AIM and we are staying on AIM according to Shaun.

There’s only 3 things that matter at the moment:-

Resource growth in the West Dome Pits

Resource growth in the West Dome Deeps

Resource growth in the Main Dome Underground.

There’s is a hoist with underused capacity of 6mt at the moment they have taken out 278,000t, huge task there to fill it mainly from the WDD

There’s a decline used for trucking out ore from the M reefs, no ore yet from there in the first quarter. This maybe able to handle 3mt per year. Where from? The ESC which is ready to go the infrastructure is already there.

It went very well thank you, it was the biggest attendance at Stroud we couldn’t have fitted anyone else in.

Selling at the moment would be a huge mistake, the quarterly results are due in a couple of weeks. Going to be so much in it:- high gold and copper prices, mine plan extensions, decline advancements to the West Dome Deeps( being excavated from 2 faces), infrastructure advancements and exploration activities all over the place.

This sp rise still has a long way to go.

Buying Telfer got in the way

These drills seem to be targeting the centre of the banded iron on fault lines.

The best one from last year or so was ECR14 slightly to the north targeting the contact between granite and banded iron ore bodies.

There is another group of pads to the south targeting a banded iron spur right on the southern border.
