I'm not a good traveler was thinking about it last Summer but didn't go. Would like to have had a chat with them.
Last time I went to an agm was Carillion in 2016, there was a woman there asking really tough questions, the faces on the Board were squirming with agony. I wished I had listened a bit more intensely and would have. I now have a closed account with Barclays with just those collapsed shares and they're trying to charge me £4pm for the last 2.5 years. Be warned if you have a Barclays account very hard to close it down.

As Garnheim asked what news would I like to hear at some point besides Saffron and the CO2 project.
Goudron water flood- have the first and second pilot achieved their objectives, is there a third, are the workovers still happening, barrels per day or month or year ?
Innis- what's happening on the rest of the field, bopd ?
Snowcap- any progress at all?
South Erin- any progress at all, future drilling plans?
Icacos- any workovers, bopd, future ?drilling plans?
Bonasse- rest of field workovers? Future drilling plans?
Cedros - are there any plans at all?
Suriname- bit early but workover plans?

There has been snippets of news like you have pointed out.
The only way we found out where the workover rig was working was from those students and even you have had to go to Prd to find out about Innis.
I know I need more patience but after 10 years here I'm getting nervous

The presentations from last Autumn is a good pointer for where to start.
Reading all the Rns from last year might help but most are Regulartary jargon and some superseded
The Saffron well has been drilled successfully but waiting now for ministerial approval and initial flow tests.
My opinion is that it's still a company maker and their treading very carefully with it. The recoverable reserves are estimated to be Pmean 11.5m barrels but should rise with finding oil in the 2 upper layers.
A joint venture maybe happening but no news
There hasn't been any bad news but we don't get much news anyway.

Are you saying that the company is in it's rights to keep it's shareholders in the dark. It's a good recipe for shareholders to loose interest especially as there are so many good opportunities elsewhere at the moment. The fact that so many here are losing prevents us from selling at a loss.
I've had a lot of oil shares in my time and this is the first time I can recall of a successful well drill that has caused the sp to slump from lack of news (probably not on it's own though)

When we used to get the quarterly updates we were kept informed of Cerp licences especially Goudron.
Can you tell me when was the last time we had any useful information of any of the licences besides the Saffron well.
The information on the web site is way out of date.
The CO2 project is very well explained on the Predator web site but there is nothing on the rest of Innis wells from Cerp.
The Saffron information has been limited and it took a student visit to site for Cerp to hurriedly issue an RNS
I'm not saying that their not doing a good job but the PR for small investors needs a serious overhaul

Only a few months ago I bought in the rights issue at 40p which doubled my average. Very happy but not as happy as I am with the Oz gold share 0.6p to 5.6 and all free shares, even Peter has joined me.

Something needs to change with Cerp can't make out why they won't communicate with shareholders you shouldn't have to keep phoning them

Spt tax doesn't apply below $50 so the revenues are better in Ipsc licenses
Apart from Bonasse Swp not as good as ipsc licences

Do the economics please and you will realise that the take back per barrel is better below $50 without the spt.
I'm like everyone else here of course I want out but at a profit. Only sold a few recently when there was a better profit elsewhere and now seeing that profit I wish I had sold the lot. Big profits are still possible which is why I stayed and for Peter who gets my whole moral support

With crude oil price now at $50.07 and possibly getting lower, the spt tax will not be applicable to Cerp.
Will they open the taps on Goudron field?
This could be a positive time for Goudron.

Will the CO2 project be effected?
The project with spt tax is only viable with Fram's back losses claiming against 50% of the tax take
No spt payable would make the project more viable and Fram's earlier losses held back for later

Allowing for the drop in oil prices all of Cerps fields revenues will start to even out.
Bonasse probably still the best

Just thinking what the sale of Firetower would make on the sp.
Going on what NC are spending on Havieron 65m for 70% therefore assuming a sale of around £100m for Firetower that would be 2.8p on the sp maybe less a discount of say 20% making the sp about 2.2p
Only a rough stab at it, probably way off but a sale would definitely boost the share price
Havieron having 121.5m tons at a figure of around £100 per ton in the ground would give a figure of about 3.8p sp
Theoretically we should be nearer the 6p mark rather than the 4p
I do realise nothing has been proven up yet

Yes I believe they have, GH and co must have extensive knowledge of Australian geology and cherry picked when possible. I also believe AC of Prim can see that as well

I've no idea why they decided not to keep taking shares
Surely if they know Saffron is a good bet, best to have shares
On the other hand perhaps they thought can't keep diluting the shareholders
Is it the new chap in Trinidad he's still taking shares
Whichever way we pay them they are far better than the last lot :))
By the way can you look at ITM and read up on their research, I value your opinion I've made loads last month :))

Thanks for your support but I only pick up on things and say it as I see it. I'm no teacher but I have done some historical presentations.
I'm into the geology of shares and it's that what interests me. I think I got spoilt with Sound Energy their presentations were second to none and still are worth a view. Such a shame it went t.ts up
That's one reason I won't go into PRD keep out of Morocco
At the moment in geological plays has to be GGP very exciting

I'm still sure Cerp will come good but only with a joint venture happening or a very good result at Saffron
