My opinion on the drilling at Kraken
Firstly they were RC drilling where the MMI survey indicated high copper readings.
Secondly they RC drilled the centre of the coincidence of the surveys.
Thirdly they RC drilled the gravity low spots in the NW and London
Fourthly they found something at Kraken that needed more detail/information that a core would give and checking the anomaly below the coincidence

I don't think many here have realised what my post was about apart from us.

The Northern Breccias Zone contains its own sulphide zone and one drill has come across it of nearly 30m @10g/t, that's nearly 10% of the height of that High Grade Breccia Zone.
It could lift the ounces a fair bit.
Newcrest must be drilling it like mad to find out the size of it.

From the last drilling update
Currently the Northern Breccia has a footprint of ~300m x 100m x 300m open at depth and highlights a broad bulk tonnage target. Importantly internal higher grade zones related to massive sulphide mineralisation are also observed within this breccia.

I could be incorrect here but I think the grades are to do with the temperatures and how fast they cool down.
Copper, gold and molybdenum take the longest to cool down, so the magma cooling quicker would give lower grades.
Interesting news on Solg Rns today they've found a fully developed porphyry plume with copper,gold and molybdenum near the surface with a lithium halo.
So any signs of molybdenum at Havieron would be very interesting.

I always felt that first paragraph is a bit misleading cos there isn't a Scallywag anomaly.
Scallywag = Kraken, London, Blackbeard, Barbossa .
Also Blackhills South is also within this exploration licence and not fairly represented here.

The MMI surveys show mainly copper sites, these have been fairly accurate on other drill sites .
The volumes are going to be big, but I can't see the grades as good as Havieron, I hope I'm incorrect with that as it could be from the same magma source as Havieron.
Could it be the gold has surfaced at Havieron and Blackhills and only bits in between, seems unlikely but that's what the MMI survey has suggested.

An IOCG is a magnetic anomaly of iron oxide,copper and gold plus other numerous minerals.
The coincidence at Kraken is not as big as Goliath, Los Diablos or Prefect but the magnetic anomaly under the coincidence is like an upside down cone shape with a rough diameter of 1200m at 1000m depth and still open.
That volume at a rough guesstimate is 1,100,000,000 tons.

If they're still drilling Kraken now especially changing to a core drill, then they can take as long as they like.
It means there's something they've found that needs clarification.
Hopefully they have discovered an IOCG

On the cross section the dimensions are roughly 3,000m diameter by 2,000m depth
well I borrowed my Grandsons calculator and it says the tonnage is

They bought 2 terrace houses to do up for €20,000, a 2 bed and a 5 bed to rent out.
They seem to be on top of the tax situation but that does bother me.

Now my calculator is not big enough and you know my maths is no good, for Goliath put a 471 in front and that's about the size of it

I know the Solg prospects are big but looking at that latest Rns I felt bemused by the hype.
A one man drill to do 3,000m to prove a possible Tier 1 prospect.
It didn't attract me personally when you compare the kilometres that NCM are drilling 24/7 there's no comparison .

Roll on Goliath, how many Tier 1s will that hold

This won't be an Open pit it's too deep.
I think they will remove the cover before the bulk mining starts, if it's not removed it will eventually end up at the base. Would make going deeper uneconomical.

I'm really interested where the vast spoil heaps are going to be sited, they will have to drill these sites to test whether the ground can take the weight.
I've been waiting for someone to mention they're drilling further out.

Perhaps that's what Artemis are doing for us( just joking but we might need more room) :)))))

There's no chance of another Ggp.
When looking elsewhere just stop and think a while.
How many exploration drills is it going to take to prove up the asset .
What is the cost of these drills.
What are the timelines.
The bigger the asset the bigger the exploration cost.

Ggp has a joint venture partner with 9 rigs drilling 24/7 in a relatively free covid environment.
NCM are going at an astonishing pace.
Why are they moving so fast?
The reason is simple , their Telfer mine is gradually running out of ore to keep it's plant operating but also to keep their Tier 1 status they need more high grade ore.
When you look at other sites around Telfer it's quite revealing how few high grade ores of any quantities exist.
They need Havieron producing as soon as possible.

I can't ever see this happening again.
Most junior miners have assets, sat on them unable to do anything with it and eventually lose the licence and go bust.
That's the time for the majors to move in.

Ggp has a long profitable road ahead of it,
I personally have only seen one other I am tempted in, but will stick Ggp out.

503m tons with 0.4% copper _ MRE with a high of 0.6+%

Havieron
500m+ tons with 0.4+% copper probables/suggested with a high peak of 12+%

Can you see what I'm Bamping about.
The MRE could blow my mind without the gold.

The problem gold miners have at the moment the new gold finds with the figures you've mentioned are just not there, they're having to settle for less.
If you look at the BHP website they have a graph of the major gold discoveries from 1990 and there was a lot of Tier 1 discoveries until 2002 and the numbers plummeted and this is also true for copper .

That's why i wasn't sure 0.2% is economically commercial
Opentext.ca website quotes 8,000ppb as commercial, so I am confused still.
If Havieron has a lot less than Scallywag in parts per billion then why is it quoted around 0.4%.
The other confusing thing is Newcrest's schematic shows the HGZ sulphide zone as 0.175%.
I wish the drill results would hurry up, doing my head in.
If the Havieron MRE comes anywhere near 500m tons with 0.4%, just imagine the headlines!
