These results will be slightly confusing as NCM results will be including the results already announced by Ggp.
There’s actually 12 assays pending from Ggp results
3 are up in the north
Nor2 157 and 158
I find these numbers confusing it looks like they are targeting the Hav north but with Havieron numbers.
157 and 158 should be in the ore body , so have they found an extension?

86W6
Targeting the SE crescent about 750m deep of ore, this is 100m above 86W5 on the west end of the Western Front.

98W4,5 &6
These 3 are going through the centre of the northern corridor and out into the top of the Eastern breccia north end

145AW3 this is the end of a drill into the Eastern Breccia at about 1000m deep of ore
145AW5 another lower wedge on this drill going deeper into the Eastern breccia around 1400m of ore.
Both these drills are going into the eastern end of the EB

159
Has found a new extension of the SE crescent not shown by NCM before and shown on Ggp plan.
About 900m deep of ore
This drill carries on down through the link zone into the EB about 1450m depth of ore

157 up in the north
Heading west about 850m deep from surface
Question as to what it will find
158 as 157 but further north
Heading east about 1000m deep from surface

Is going deep through the SE crescent into the link zone and out in the EB
Our deepest drill yet 2,323m long, that equates to about 1800m depth of ore

Interesting one
Pad is about 50m WSW from 156 which is way out from the ore body.
It’s direction is west nowhere near the orebody or Decline.
I think what this is going for is a magnetic target which was shown on the geologists presentation in the summer.
I will put something on the other site to show it.

That’s Chalcopyrites you wouldn’t see gold like that.
Chalcopyrites contain pyrites ie fools gold.

I’m not telling them I told them 12 months ago that Redsetter was a copper target and they jumped on me big time.

Yes I saw that. They rushed the samples through the lab to understand the gold modelling.
Just seems strange to me why not test for copper as well especially when they’re calling it the Grace gold and copper prospect.
Samples were visually inspected, an XRF machine wasn’t used.
Being RC drill the samples are bagged every 1m, a sample is taken from the cyclone about about 2.5kg. A sample was taken every 1 in 20.
Only 50g selection of that is fire assayed

The Grace project is a another Havieron lookalike and probably will be a good project.
This was Goldworm’s favourite from memory.
I notice though they’ve only got gold , that’s normally a copper zone

Ummm without the geology there is no business!

Telfer is the main issue it’s been touch and go for a few years, it’s run out of viable ore. The increase in gold and copper prices saved it.
The plant could have been mothballed.
NCM are now taking lessons learnt at Havieron and re looking at the Telfer licences to see what else they might have.
I have been half expecting SB to ask Shaun for help in that regard.
Shaun did mention in London , he’s been asked to assist a few companies. Perhaps it was Newcrest?

The Decline ground conditions have really effected plans at Telfer but it’s enabled Havieron to grow further while the Decline continues downwards.

I’ve said before I can’t see another producing asset of any description in the near to distant future. Minyari seems to have plans for its own processing plant, although it won’t be producing very long according to their latest presentation.

I’m hoping that NCM turns Telfer into more of a processing centre rather than just making copper concentrate. Making their own copper cathodes is more carbon neutral than sending it all the way to China.
It would take a huge commitment into green energy turning solar and wind power into green hydrogen to use in furnaces.
There would be more of a chance to retrieve more of the minerals ie cobalt and nickel to name just 2.

I don’t believe they can or want to retrieve the cobalt at Havieron.
A government initiative is in place to try and retrieve more cobalt generally.
HAD006 had good grades going right through the drill holes, there was nickel too but minimal grades.
The cobalt was converted into gold equivalent but when NCM came along it hasn’t been mentioned.

Now this will have the same effect at Antipa, they issued a presentation last Wednesday showing a resource update including cobalt in the gold equivalent figures

This will have an effect of reducing this sum if sent to Telfer.
Surprisingly they’ve issued a mining plan and processing costs with no PFS.
That’s a huge amount of cash required.
They will not be able to retrieve that cobalt with that small plant.
NCM have 9% of Antipa, I wonder what they think about Antipa not intending to use Telfer which is a bit daft with all the expertise Telfer has.
I couldn’t see any recovery factors or dilution % in that presentation but it maybe there.
Paddy found a job advert for a specialist required for Telfer so they could be looking to retrieve other minerals.

“Now that NCM are managers of Havieron”
That’s not a phrase I would have used.
Havieron has a joint committee managing the project with NCM having the majority voting rights .
For control of Havieron they needed the 75%, I’m still at a loss why they didn’t take the 5%.
NCM have managed the exploration phase since joining Ggp in the jv but that finished with the completion of the jv.
They are a massive conglomerate with higher priorities than Havieron.
Newcrest aren’t likely to let this go it’s too big, the future production will go on for years, that’s what all big companies want long Life of Mines.

A jv with Fortesque is a possibility but I don’t feel Havieron will be involved.
What I see and it is only my opinion but I can see a point when Havieron will be put into its own company with NCM/Ggp owning shares with Telfer incorporated into it. That’s only my thoughts.

I’ve been thinking this for sometime when you look at Rudall whose are neighbour to the SW, yes you guessed it Fortesque.
Everybody seems to be moaning about NCM but gaining information from Fortesque exploration is very difficult.

Panorama
A very large area containing 3 licences with 2 distinct type of targets
In the NW a 6.5km long gold anomaly following a river bed and fault line.
The bulk of the licence contains possibly a very large cobalt anomaly maybe the largest in Western Australia or Australia itself.
Ggp suggesting nickel is there as well
Nickel deposit identified by Thor mining straddles the eastern border of Panorama .
Surrounding licences suggests there could be lithium.
Westar licence are targeting a gold/cobalt target along the western boundary of Panorama

Bromus
A long licence running NW-SE in the SW of Western Australia close to the nickel area.
A few drills have been done by Ggp and further modelling has found the sources of surveys near to where the drills were deployed.
Mainly a Nickel/gold target with MMI survey readings of 2670ppm that is 0.267%
Infrastructure runs close to the southern end of the licence road, water, electric etc
Licence renewal expected.
Galileo mining in the NW border have success with nickel,cobalt, copper and PGE

Rudall and Canning
Rudall is a large licence to the SE of Havieron with one Bullseye target anomaly possibly twice the size of Havieron.
Government funding agreed for drilling Rudall and 2 pads constructed

Canning is way to the SE of Havieron but is in the same belt that runs from Port Headland to Musgrave mines and on to Olympic dam area.
Canning has 4 licences 2 of which contain Tabletop 1 and Tabletop 2 very exciting bullseye features , strong coincidence of the gravity and magnetic anomalies.
Historical reports by geoscientists suggest drilling of Tabletop 2 first down to at least 800-1000m.
If they’re big enough infrastructure will not be an issue.

Pascalle
A new licence to the west of Havieron and SE of Telfer has not had much success but Ggp seem to think the previous owners didn’t look deep enough.
One target is a bullseye feature similar in nature to Havieron.
A long NW trending licence with half a dozen targets Ggp are saying the targets need deeper investigation.
Pascalle itself is a bullseye feature with a fault running through it but not so deep.
Plans to drill it this year may or may not happen

Oak River
A new licence up by Winu and adjacent WSBN Anketell licence.
It’s a 1500 sq km licence 30km from Winu and not far from their airstrip

“Total Magnetic Intensity image, with tenement boundary in white and interpreted late-stage intrusive target circled in red. Note the gold and silver mineralisation on a similar magnetic feature (held by Greatland) 5km to the north-west of the project area.”

An early stage mining development with Decline infrastructure progressing.
An ore body that keeps on expanding with increasing grades. 30% owned .
Potential tier 1 resource 6.5moz equivalent

Latest drill results on Goliath and Outermind both hit gold anomalies.
New models being formulated for future programmes.
New aero magnetic survey on the west side have found new targets and recently drilled A9 and Tama an exciting “supergene” target.
Blackhills
An exciting area where the nuggets were found in 2018
Saddlereef and Saddlereef South are promising targets. Firstly a reef like prospect similar in nature to Telfer and further south a dipping ore body about 250 wide 60 m thick by 2km long.
Over 250 historical drills on BH have had gold in their drilling logs.
A27 target being diamond drilled at the moment.

Scallywag
A large licence 100% wholly owned by Greatland
Earlier drilling of Kraken, Blackbeard and London hit gold and copper alteration and will help in vector studies of finding ore bodies.
2021 exploration had centred around Swan in the North , Teach and Barbossa west, assay results have located 8 conductors around the Swan area. Moving here in the next few days
The road between Telfer and Havieron is proposed to go through Scallywag, works to commence this year.
Environmental studies have been carried out on the proposed route.

Ernest Giles
A very long arching licence if compared to the M25 would go 2/3rds the way round.
A greenstone area renowned for its goldfields, much older than Havieron.
Suggested to have 2x 5m gold targets with numerous 1m camp style targets.
Relinquished 2 licences and have reapplied for Wishbone and Maple but not reapplied for Carnegie in the centre which reportedly had the nickel.
Government funding of $180,000 agreed for drilling Meadows depending on approvals

Tasmania
Firetower
A licence with 5 areas of interest the best of which is Firetower itself a small bullseye feature with strong gold and copper readings near the surface open at depth.
Maybe containing 1m oz
Firetower west is a large underexplored area with gold and copper readings.
Star of the west in the north are historical workings in a forested area.
Firetower east has had a few drills picking up copper and zinc alteration, needs more exploration.
There’s another historical mine area in the NE.
Ggp working towards joint venturing this licence.

Warrantina
A long north to south series of historical mine workings
Ggp have concentrated their recent campaigns in the south exploring beneath historical workings picking up new targets deeper down.
Suggested to contain a 1m oz gold in total on the licence
