That was the biggest shareholder gathering in any pub I’ve been to so far.

I wasn’t going to post here but so many people came across as avid readers this is for you who couldn’t make tonight.
Shaun is awesome, 3 times I’ve seen him this year and he is growing in confidence , stature and going on the offensive.

I’m not the one who is blinded by beliefs I’ve done my due diligence and decided to vote for.
I have not said voting against will be the end , you have put words in my mouth.
Your arguments are effecting others less knowledgeable ad you should let them make their own decisions not force your strong views on them .
More dilution isn’t necessarily a bad thing if it’s used correctly and not to keep the lights on and pay directors big salaries.
Voting against and then coming back for a further AGM is a nonsense.
If they use that authority unwisely then vote them out at the first opportunity.
If you don’t like what’s happening then sell up , these resolutions will go through, it’s very rare they won’t and will be withdrawn if it looks like a strong vote against.
Nominee brokers normally vote with the Chairman’s proxy unless individual shareholders vote against.

I’ve been in a share with the same resolutions and before the vote one of these resolutions was withdrawn.
That was the beginning of the end , the Boards hands were tied, funding dried up, the CEO lost interest and asked another company to merge with them.
Voting against is a personal choice but you are taking an awful risk of tying the Boards hands behind their back.
I suggest if you don’t feel the latest dilution is accretive then it’s time to get out, what’s the point in investing in a company you don’t agree the direction it’s going in.

There’s been some ridiculous posts regarding Shaun being able to control the share price.
How naive!
Only one CEO I know who controls the share price and he loses PI money every time.
Shaun is a company maker and changing Ggp from an explorer to a junior/ mid tier miner, if you can’t understand the ramifications of that you shouldn’t be here.
Dilution can be a great asset if it is used correctly which means it should be accretive.
Accretive means to grow assets.
A high powered Board is accretive, they have better connections, more access to funds, high powered investors will follow them.
A growing asset base will increase the value of the shares you hold.
More money attracts more money.
The company needs these resolutions to pursue its goals if you have voted against then you will restrict the company in achieving these goals.

Seems a lot of folk are against the dilution and I don’t particularly like it, too many bad memories.

If it’s accretive what does that mean for me/us:-
Private investors own around 75% at present of say a $500m market cap. That would be worth $375m

If Shaun grows this to a multi million $ company by diluting us down to 30% of say a $2bn MC that is worth $600m that would nearly double our 75% portion of the company.

Dilution isn’t bad but it has to be accretive not to keep the lights on

The pub was a great venue shame about the Wi-Fi and our plans to broadcast it out on Zoom failed.
I still enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others, with some very challenging questions.
It’s quite clear that ordinary shareholders are keen for this type of in depth presentation to learn more about there investment.
Liam is keen to do another podcast so perhaps when all the meetings are completed.
Thedoors in Stroud is keen to do one in a hotel for a more relaxed meet up, maybe after the next results.
Good luck to the Southend and Stag meet ups I hope it goes well , unfortunately I can’t make these to close to the Stirling do.
