This is a tidying up process of the Ernest Giles licences.
Meadows 2205 is being amalgamated with Augusta 3185 and will include Welstead which was a smaller seperate licence.
Maple I believe is taken into another licence which was 2204
Dromedary, Wishbone and a part of Empress have also merged.
Westwood is not involved.
We will have 4 licences moving forward for First Nations approvals.

His remarks in London LSE meeting to a lot of us shareholders that there were 2 deals on the and one was very close to fruition.
Hydro’s theory was very well worked out with some good investigating.
I’ve been waiting for Shaun to be free of the shackles of the 5%, he said things will accelerate from that point.
Rumours are bound to be in peoples heads after his comments.
I personally thought it was going to be Bromus, the presentation map showing Bromus has come off Galileo presentation who have the great prospect next door.
That would make a great fit.
We all have our own theories what Shaun mentioned but Hydro’s looks the more plausible

That figure was an assessment pre contract to be complete by Oct 22. They weren’t working 24hr at the start.
There’s plenty of ways to speed up just look how they are doing at Carrapateena 1330m/month but there a lot of faces open.
When our Decline gets passed the first spiral and the again after the 4th spiral opportunities open up for more mine faces and machines.
They have 6 jumbos achieving 1330m so about 220-230m per month.
What I’m saying is it will accelerate at given points along the Decline

I think you are being ultra cautious.
The 150m/month was not on 24 hour shifts as far as I know, I can remember them increasing the hours.
The jumbo can drill around 6m, so when they blast 4m should be achieved per shift.
I think this will be 2x12 hours shifts but optimistic for 3 shifts.
8m per day will equate to 240-250m per month.
The gradient of the Decline was steepened slightly taking the length down to 2.6km, that would make 1.9km left so at 8m per day you be 240 days would take it to the first week in May.

This doesn’t take into account ancillary tunnels and shafts that will be progressing in tandem.
There was a note in the RNS about applications for infrastructure works are waiting for approval for the production of ore. These works will also run in tandem to the Decline.
Plenty of ways to accelerate but May looks an optimistic view.

I’ve been asked a few times my thoughts on that company, I’m not saying it’s good or bad but how long do you want to sit on that investment.
Comparing with Ggp it’s not really fair as It is going to be one of the fastest mines ever to get into production.
Ggp had issues getting through the cover with the drills but that has been overcome.
The other company are having issues drilling through the rock, damage to the drill bits are not cheap.
From what I’ve seen their ore body is about 100m x 250m deep at the moment ( no idea of length)
Ggp is a min of 650x350x1300 deep nearing a feasibility study and Decision to mine.
The other company could still be 8 years from a FS.

There comes a point in one’s life when long time frame projects are not worth bothering with.

I’m quite happy with investing it what could turn out to be the biggest gold find globally this century and one of the quickest to production ever.

The differences between the Ggp jv and Omi jv are quite pronounced
Ggp jv with Newcrest $65m farm in over 6 year period completed in 3 years with over 250,000m of drilling.
Omi jv with Newmont farm in 2018 for $30m for a 12 year period, hardly anything has happened until today’s announcement.
2 posters have been deleted this morning for promoting that stock and it’s drill intercept of 150m @ 3G/t
They never mentioned that they abandoned 2 drills out of 3 due to very difficult rock structures to get through, plus difficult ground conditions.

As Paddy said in NCM presentation it states they are looking at 3m tons or more.
I can’t see it being much more , transporting out of the Decline with trucks especially the 40t trucks they have suggested.
In the FS I’m hopefully looking for some other means.
I pressed Shaun hard for an answer in the London meeting and he knew the limitations of the Decline.
A conveyor would need to come from the base of the Mine with a crusher unit, would take too long in my opinion to install for the First Ore.
A hoist however could be installed fairly quickly say down to halfway while the conveyor is being installed lower down.
Shaun says he prefers hoists but it is down to NCM as managers.
Sprotts 9mt per annum can only happen with a hoist and the timelines involved. A conveyor would take too long.
