The “wedge” shape of the SE crescent won’t be SLC maybe apart from the top 100m or so , more likely all will be stoped and backfilled.
From what I can make out they want to disturb the surface as little as possible due to the underground aquifers.
Because of the slope of the Dyke the Eastern breccia is probably 75-80% on the west side of the Dyke.
Its depth would be ideal for a bulk cave at least 700-800m high. SLC there would in my mind, not be a good method the Decline will not be close enough.
The Northern corridor pods will probably be picked out which I’ve suggested many times and a new 3mt plan for the top 300m would be more economical than chasing 3mt from the vertical crescent and give time for the infrastructure to reach the base of the SLOS and Eastern Breccia bulk mine.

I’m fine thanks hope you are too.
The SLC was detailed prior to the PFS as an option.
What transpired afterwards was the slope of the Dyke towards the SE crescent formed what I’ve called a wedge practically going down to nothing. It’s the sort of shape not conducive to SLC as it wouldn’t drop, best on an overhanging wall falling away from the Dyke.
I’ve been thinking for sometime that SLC would be great on the other side of the Dyke in the bulk area.
In the appendices in the March MRE it describes using SLC after the stoping and leaving pillars to be removed later.
I keep plugging at Shaun to give us more detail but he sticks to the 3mt parameters and won’t deviate much. The team may be still deliberating on final mining plan details.
A 15 year mine life at 3mt pa is 45mt still way below what could be there ie 1bn tons.
The best ore at the moment is at the beginning, who knows what else they’re going to find

That’s only just the crescent.
Multi decade operation.
The best years are ahead, very high grade ore are at the start of the production and will last at least 15 years plus multiple high grade pods could expand the operation.
If this was just a bulk mine we would have to wait years for production to start.
Going to see high grade ore and high revenues right from the start

Shaun slipped in a 15 year mine life.
That’s what we need for a Tier 1 mine plus also 400-450m oz pa just confirms it.

I know a lot of people are struggling with this low Sp and I don’t particularly like it but for my point of view back in 2020-21 we all knew the capex would be growing into 2023 .
It was in every presentation that capex would be at its highest this year and tailing off next year.
I did post about it when I saw it but not sure people took much notice of it.

The Capex was always going to be an obstacle to the sp, I believe Shaun has managed it very well, I couldn’t see how GH was going to manage it. He did tell us he wasn’t the man to take us mining, he wanted a deal that wasn’t forth coming.

From those forecasts we should all be looking for better times next year with production starting and Capex falling.
Future Capex is to be funded from revenues not shareholders and hopefully less debt

I made the effort last year of going to see Shaun 4 times last year and another to see Callum and Gervais.
He is far more approachable than most CEO and answers any questions you throw at him.
Do I trust him with my money well I would have to say yes but deep down I don’t trust anyone else where my monies concerned without constant deep research and questioning.

SD is keen to list on the ASX as he says they understand the mining industry.
The London market flits between one sector to another without concern for individual business status.
The Australian Institutional investors can’t do business in London they can only buy on the ASX who act as an intermediary with the London market buying the same Ggp shares as we do.
That’s what Shaun told us and he says he has 2 institutions who want to buy in but can’t at the moment.
He is trying to remove obstacles of being able to buy Ggp stock.
It’s also cheaper and easier to raise capital on the ASX than in London and will help individuals to participate in any fundraising

An MD/CEO can’t effect a share price indirectly he is there to build the business and control budgets.
He cannot build a business without a good team around him or the finance to carry it out.
We now have the team and the finance.
It took him nearly 18 months to sort out historical business issues which were restraining his ambitions.
He has been adding to the portfolio as fast as they come up for licensing, Wanman, Oak ridge, Citadel Hill and another big one by Panorama to name a few.
He is wisely only letting the geologists drill holes into targets 1 or 2 at a time and then prove what’s there.

He jokingly remarked in London that the share price was dropping cos we were selling and yes a lot of you probably were.
I had to point out to him that in his presentation showing the largest shareholders 8 out of 9 holders of our shares had gone up.
Therefore there’s either far more shareholders buying or the existing ones are adding.
It was the Institutional shareholders that were selling .

Havieron is not a Tier 1 at mo it’s still Tier 2
We need a mine life of over 15 years, DTM

You have to remember that Cadia will be turning around 35m ton to Havieron 3m ton.
Difference is it’s for nearly the same amount of gold.
Who in their right mind would sell Havieron.
The analysts see the small tonnage plan and dismiss it.
Telfer was turning over 20m tons pa compared to our 2m plan for same gold

Been reading the appendices to the MRE s March and June.
Bit mind blown by all the information
The estimation techniques used like unfolding the crescent into smooth domains has an effect of losing % of the resource and reserves.

The Kriging methods and unfolding create 3 specific domains gold, copper and bismuth.
The domains can’t allow for the likes of iron and cobalt and are excluded from estimations.
The cemented breccia CX and the actinolite ACRX are classed as CX in the Northern and Eastern Breccia.
“Other key variables iron, sulphur and copper which NCM showed to be well correlated , were not assessed in great detail or co-estimated as they are not important for purposes of this model “
Other minerals in the Eastern Breccia were not considered for the estimation as the mineral make up was assumed to be the same as the crescent zone.
The NSR formula does not cater for the other metals to be included.

The NSR values in the crescent are deemed to be way above the cut off of A$80
Quoted as A$130 in June.
All the breccia have a cut off A$50 but this is prior to info of 2nd Dec 21 and may increase
Not sure if I’ve got this right but 28m tons of reserves multiplied by A$130 is the Royalty value normally 2-5%

If I had charge of this years drilling besides finishing Rudall and Swan I would send a rig down to Tabletop 2 and put a couple of holes in it to test the modelling produced by previous consultants.

The magnetic and gravity models are coincident and lookalike to Havieron
T2 is smaller than Tabletop 1 (I’m not sure the licence is in place yet) and shallower , the consultant advised to drill T2 first
It could be the closest lookalike to Havieron if the right geology is there.
