The Decline length has got absolutely nothing to do with dilution what planet are you on.

The exploration Decline only has approvals to finish 20m above the ore , I believe that to be the point it turns right.

The mining plan needs to be approved by the government ,before any works can proceed.
Paddy showed me something and we came to the conclusions that the approval process would be complete prior to the Decline for the Production commencing Q4 2023.
The Mining plan will be issued with the FS but the government probably have the mining plan draft already.
I’m in the same position as everyone else we don’t know when items will be issued
As I’ve said before this year is to get the Exploration Decline complete and associated paperwork/approvals.

Wow just read this afternoon posts, I don’t think a lot of you should be invested here you just don’t understand what’s happening even though I’ve pointed where my research is.

Let’s get this straight with the Decline
1 we only have permissions to go down to 400m , that’s 20m above the ore body.
2 Where the Western Front is the cover is 450m
3 to get to the first production zone of the first stopes requires an additional 500m of Decline.
4 the Decline doesn’t I repeat doesn’t reach the Ore it turns right 1-200m from the orebody and then down a spiral to the Western Front entrance.
5 other infrastructure accesses carry on into the orebody from the Decline to about the 440m level, from this position high grade ore can be retrieved for sample loading to Telfer to achieve a relevant process so when the main arrives the train is ready to accept it.
6 there are numerous vent shafts and access tunnels that need to be installed prior to any ore extraction for government approvals to be gained.
7 There are additional access drives to be formed in the Western front about 500m plus vents prior to production

There’s a tremendous amount of work to do this year don’t expect continuous newsflow it won’t happen let them get on with it.
We’ve been told production to start March 2024 at the moment.

It’s the mining engineer that gives the length and it’s fed back into the software that guides the machines.
He’s not going to go down there daily to check the length.
It doesn’t matter to us really if it’s announced 1600 tomorrow people would still be clammering for a length next week.
We’ve been told we will be at the ore in March 24, that’s all we need to know.
There is so much additional infrastructure down there before that date, we are not likely to hear the progress of most of it.

To get to first production there is a further 500m of Decline to build to get down to the first stope level,
While sample loads are being extracted from the infrastructure.

The length of the Decline will not be by computer, it will probably be done once a week/month by a mining engineer with an electronic geodometer .
Photos have been doing the rounds of that chap.
Impossible to do while there are machines running in and out.
We are lucky to get 3 monthly updates, no way possible for 6 weekly updates.
The longer the tunnel the longer it takes to do the survey

The Decline advancement includes approximately 200m of passing bays and stockpile side drifts.
There are 7 stockpiles down to halfway according to that 3D graphic, I don’t believe all of these have been excavated even at 30m long that would be 210m.
I’ve read somewhere they would be 100m but that’s clearly not the case.

There are 2 phases to this mine , the first is the SLOS mine, the initial phase of this will be paid for from capex. Continuation of this phase will be paid from revenues.
Only the basics will be paid for from capex, expansion and the bulk mine will be paid from revenues.
The Eastern Breccia will not be at risk once the revenues from the SLOS are incoming.

The AISC of $643 includes the copper credits.
The 450,000oz pa is the equivalent factor.

The equation for working out the equivalent factor excludes other credits and according to the appendices on the MRE other metals have not been taken into account apart from the bismuth which has.
Shaun told us the 643 is average figure whereas on the charts it’s not, I’ve used the average.

The grades as I keep mentioning are a lot higher in the First Ore

There’s a correlation between the 450,000 oz pa and a Tier 1 mine as has been discussed.
Has anybody thought seen what the correlation is between the 450,000oz and the 3m tons?

Well 450,000 x 15 = 6.75m oz
And 450,000 x 20 = 9m oz

Well I think I know where the MRE is going :))
