Directors buying is a totally different subject to an employee share incentive scheme.

I’m sure the subject of the directors not buying will come up at the Town Hall but Shaun did tell me it’s easier for them to buy on the ASX, I don’t know the ins and outs . To be honest I’m not really bothered if they buy in or not it’s their money, they’re paid to do a job let them get on with it.

Directors having too many shares is a big issue in my experience.

Typical negatives being posted on what is an incentive scheme, they have to meet those targets and remain with the company.

You don’t normally see gold.

Take for instance a grade of 1 g/t that’s 1 gram in a ton of rock would you be able to spot it.

I refer you back to the RNS of 2018 when Ggp found nuggets and rock chip samples this is what they said

““Rock chip samples contain no visible gold “

But assays came back with high grade results 81g/t, 45 g/t and many more.

This is the second time they’ve seen “gold” on that site.

They’re only small not like silver nuggets especially the one on UFO website from Elizabeth hill.

On WSBN RNS they talk about pyrites in shales so that should tell you what that photo is about.

They mention it’s a Nifty lookalike well that’s not gold.

They mention Cu, Pb, Zn, Ti.

From years of watching results doesn’t that say what it is ?

It does to me it looks distal to the source or in other ways alteration

Hi Hopefully don’t write McMahon off too quick I thought it was this firm that will be constructing the haulage corridor. They’ve already been doing the evaporating ponds.

They’re also hauling the ore to Telfer and I believe crushing at Havieron.

There’s no blending of Telfer and Havieron ore they will be on 2 separate trains with different processes.

I think the 1500 staff is an old figure I heard it was around 600 but that might be on low side.

That big document is suggesting that Telfer underground could keep going till 2035 that seems too long for me I would have thought 2027-28

Those 2 guys on Money of Mine were talking about the tailings lakes containing cyanide.

They made it sound like there was loads of it in there, that’s not likely to be the case. Cyanide is strictly controlled and they recycle it for reprocessing where it’s used to separate the gold from the ore.

They have tested the tailings and 3 of the lakes are deemed suitable for paste fill, this should involve water content and any contaminants

There’s been so much written about selling Telfer lately nobody knows for sure what’s going to happen best to just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Just getting ready for the trip to Stroud.

Took two and a half hours yesterday to get to Bristol after an awful accident on the A38 when a car and a horse drawn carriage were involved in a fatal crash.

The subject of selling Telfer.

The 2 operations are intertwined I can’t see them being split up.

The government want to see these combined to prevent Telfer closing and losing employment.

The EPA assessment is for a combined entity, a whole new process will have to start if production is moved to Havieron.

This assessment will prevent areas of Havieron being used for processing.

The infrastructure corridor through Scallywag is also intertwined with these 2 projects at the moment Newcrest will be funding this.

The airport at Telfer with all its own infrastructure is still needed for the area, what happens with all the staff accommodation for that. There’s nowhere at Havieron for it.

Havieron needs those tailings lakes of Telfers so transport is still required.

Those tailings lakes still need management and infrastructure.

It doesn’t make financial sense to split Telfer and Havieron.

Saying we could save on trucking won’t happen we still have to truck the tailings back to backfill the stopes.

They need each other they won’t be split.

I’m not a conspiracy believer, there are no facts to substantiate any theories .

If people keep issuing videos with comments about conspiracy theories then a lot of people will start to believe it.

Shaun has been asked a few times at the Town Hall about these and he just says as it is that both teams are working very well together and he had a working relationship with Sandeep and now Sherri.

These joint ventures were a shift away from Majors having exploration departments, shifting the risks on to juniors.

These majors are not willing to spend a lot looking new targets, they want proven targets to invest their cash.

Rio have recently stated they’re after lithium targets but won’t spend a lot to obtain them. They’re not into gold alone projects they’re after the battery minerals.

As far as the Paterson South projects go, they were in a position where 3 of the areas were coming upto a surrender period. Budgiedown is due to surrender 30% of the area.

I think they pulled a blinder in joint venturing with Greatland, proven explorers and keen to drill with ready cash . They are getting cash for not doing anything, if Greatland succeed they will still nearly own half if they don’t they may quietly slip away.

As far as buying Telfer that’s just another theory floating around, my relative who is a director of Rio told me to forget it , it’s not going to happen.

They’re just not out to spend on projects unless it’s for battery metals.

Newcrest is different, Newmont seized the opportunity while Newcrest production was falling and before its new Canadian projects ramped up.

Havieron looks small to onlookers but it’s grades are superior to most mines, it’s 3mt operation will be producing around 370,000oz while Cadia needs to bring out 35m ton for 600,000oz (excluding copper production)

It’s going to look small until production proper commences.

As far as the conspiracy theories are concerned I would turn the page and forget them.

It’s the reserves that count.

They govern the mining plan and can be included in the assets

Lebugue has done a detailed analysis of the drilling results and separately we came to a figure 4moz eq.

The resources are just a figure that in the future could be turned into reserves at 86% conversion.

We both got just over 9moz eq .

It all depends what zones they include, I included the gap zone which is I think not going to be included as are some of the deeper drills.

The deeper zones are far harder to estimate when the drill spacings are far apart and gives a more inaccurate estimate than when the spacings are close together.

It is a difficult subject to get right, I would rather wait for an accurate assessment than a rushed one with inaccurate values .

Inaccurate MREs cause all sorts of issues and cause great fluctuations in the share price.

Consultants are doing this work we are in their hands and we are having to pay for it.

I personally would have liked to have waited for the FS version I’m not sure if we will end up paying twice for this.

Prices are low there’s no stamp duty.

FTSE companies aren’t immune to the share price dropping and some are unlikely to have growth prospects.

Tw. Get to £2 and drop they slumped recently from £1.65 to £1.10

PSN £30 to £10

Croda £110 to £50

Rio £63 to £48

Segro £13 to £7

Bp were floated at £3.30 where’s the growth even with huge revenues.

GGP haven’t been immune to market forces but selling now, you have to think where else could I put my money that could be just about to bring out gold from the ground.

In my own opinion it would be the wrong time to sell with the Decline approaching the ore, production will be gearing up gradually, when in full production there will be large revenues continually for years to come.

Anybody thinking of going to the Town please do,there’s a lot of really nice people that go to this event, not like some of the people on here who are rude, insulting, negative , abusive and give absolutely nothing to the Board.
