Freddie you are rather annoying.

My fear is that everyone’s perception of the MRE is that it’s going to be a massive jump because of all the drilling since the last one.

All this drilling is through waste rock to get to the intercepts, these drills are so deep the estimation is hard to prove.

The drilling needs to be tighter this will come from underground drilling.

The perception that it will move the share price will undoubtedly cause disappointment in my opinion.

Politically it’s the wrong time to issue it until the Newmont risks are behind us.

Stop accusing people on something that’s just beyond you!

If the results for Decka show a hint of a find the joint venture could finish suddenly and Rio taking 49%.

That would mean Ggp having 51% for practically zero cost. 🤣

Here’s my talk up for starters

Havieron is a vertical high grade orebody

It’s ripe for bulk mining

Starter mine of high grade ore will pay all future capex.

Less waste/dilution, in the PFS reported at 6% which is very low.

Still open at depth and to the east.

The Decline is a few months away from the ore.

Vertical ounce per metre of over 8,000oz and forecast to grow.

Strong grades continuing down into the link zone and Eastern breccia.

Economic large zones of gold and copper, other minerals are present such as Cobalt and Molybdenum in the crescent with nickel lower down. Mineral testing needs to be carried out to see if these other minerals are economical to process.

No capex required to construct a processing plant but a tolling charge on the transport to Telfer.

Less land disturbance at Havieron equals low reinstatement costs.

The use of Telfer tailings for the paste fill.

No capex required for surface stripping above the orebody. (De Greys $47m)

Use of the airstrip at Telfer.

12 year mine life for the starter mine due to increase a lot when the bulk mining plan is submitted.

No copper or other batter metals so at risk to gold price fluctuations.

It needs 2 more pits to come on line to maintain its production forecasts to 10 years.

DFS does not take into account 3 further underground mines so capex costs to be announced.

A major proportion of the shares are owned by Gold Road Resources

$300m raised but cost of processing plant and infrastructure at nearly $1300m, Fully funded?

I’m expecting an RNS about the 40% compulsory surrender of Bujidown being submitted, due October 2023.

From the jv RNS this area has been taken into account.

Looks like it will be in the SW of the licence.

Will they hold back to include the drilling results.

Strickland will be next in Dec but that licence has restrictions anyway so will probably be that area.

Paterson Dome West and Chilly are ready to drill but waiting for heritage clearance to start, could be anytime soon before end Dec.

Freddie you don’t half talk some rubbish, all I want is Ggp not to spend money on something that is really unimportant and have to spend more money (30%) when NCM/NEM issue another one which is important as the Manager.

Why does it need to come out asap?

Ggp are not the Managers whatever happens it won’t make one jot to the joint venture, it won’t effect the Mining Plan.

The only thing it will do is add a small amount to the reserves which are not likely to be more than 4moz eq and only 30% attributable to Ggp so a very small increase.

The resources and inferred can’t be used in the mining plan at this stage.

This is not going to affect the share price that much.

Ridiculous to say it must come out now, it will cost us all to do this which is daft at this stage.

How is this MRE going to be funded.

The consultants will want paying.

Shares or cash either it will cost us.

If they would have waited for the Managers MRE it would only have cost us 30%.

It won’t be used by the Manager for anything.

The same consultants might get paid twice for this work.

Daft situation to be in.

I think I’ve mentioned a lot of the questions in my last post.

The 3 options I heard for Havieron were

100% Newmont

100% Ggp

Jv less likely.

I took that to be the share of the joint venture not the company.

These big companies are not interested in exploration they want juniors to to do that so I can’t see them wanting more land.

If they are trying to find synergies why would they want to spend more.

They also have plenty of land around Telfer, jv with Ggp and Antipa . Red Chris also has a 70-30 jv.

Newmont aren’t going to spend while they are trying to make synergies.

If I had heard right I would have jumped in with loads of questions.

I was stood next to Shaun I never heard him say about buying Ggp outright, perhaps I missed it but I don’t think so.

He went into depth about giving cash back to shareholders if they buy the 30%. (That would be an awful option IMO)

Why on earth would they want the whole of Ggp with all that exploration land and a joint venture with a competitor. I would have jumped in if I had heard him mention it. No one else was talking about that in the hall that I heard

There are 2 processing trains at Telfer each can handle 10m tons of ore to a max of 23m tons for both.

There will be 2 types of processing at Telfer .

One train is being modified to suit Havieron ore and is a floatation circuit.

The weak Telfer ore will use the other and will be a leach circuit as the copper is very weak so floatation is not viable.

There’s an underground cut back to come with slightly higher grades and may extend Telfers mine life.

Lots of exploration is continuing on the licences to try and keep the Telfer train going.

What Shaun said was he’s expecting 13moz to be retrieved similar to Telfer, there’s probably 20m oz down there at the moment. What you have to take into account is the 92% recovery factor and a 6% dilution of waste rock.

The economic cut off grades are too high to get to 20moz at present because it restricts how much ore can be taken into account.

Underground drilling will allow the ore body structure to be better understood and lower cut off grades will increase the weak grade tonnage eventually.

Before viewing that video you should check out the plan of Hemi and then look at the estimated gold amounts.

There are 6-8 targets amalgamated into the estimate.

Each one will have to be drilled to Jorc rules to be included in a resources estimate .

They’re all fairly shallow 350m ish.

There is a lot of gold there but low grades high tonnage and high dilution factor. 8 targets will have more dilution ie more contact ares between Ore and waste rock.

I haven’t seen evidence of any copper in those targets there maybe but I’ve not been aware of it.

Ggp are in a ballot for another licence against Rio and IGO.
