Just want to say hello and good luck all!

Hi all, obviously this is a disappointing outcome but we all knew things were not going to be straightforward.

I don't understand the full legal implications and am thankful for the guidance and thoughts from those more experienced in this field, no names mentioned as I'm sure I'll miss someone!

I have a few questions that I would like to put forward to this group:

1) Which court / process has priority? e.g. if Texas court finds in Nano's favour, will this supersede any subsequent finding from IPR?
2) If IPR decision can be appealed, which court / process deals with this?
3) Obviously if the case is further delayed then funding needs to be addressed. Is there an appetite in this group to form a "funding party" so that we can take part in funding raises so as not to dilute our holdings. I would be happy to participate. I expect the company to go to institutional holders first and give them the opportunity ahead of retail investors especially if they believe retail is not interested.

Unfortunately you can't buy this in a HL SIPP, I asked and received a bit of a nonsense response about low liquidity, easy to go over reporting %s etc. Probs half of the companies on AIM fall into that bracket and they are still allowed in the SIPP!

So it's ISA and normal Fund and Share account only as far as HL is concerned. Will have to delay topup for a couple of weeks now.

I've had this on my watchlist for a few months now, wanting to buy in but being put off by the exchange listing and low liquidity.

Is anyone invested here with HL? Do I just call them up and say buy x amount/shares and does it get filled immediately or take a few days? Never executed over the phone before.

Hi Rararh - today will be the first day Zoe trades on OTCQX - so I guess we have to monitor at least a week to get a decent idea of volumes. Both CBD and Crypto companies are valued far higher in North America than they are in good old Blighty!
