Hopefully they will try and get the best deal for shareholders by supplying marketing packs that highlight the best patents and how they can be applied in the real world. It would be amazing to see who wins in the event of a bidding war!:
Apple
Google
Samsung
LG
Tencent
Softbank
.....etc
What's cooking here?
Hope it's amazing news!

Fascinating documentary about the rubber industry - skip to 24:30 for the very interesting part!
obs - yes it seems it was a politically driven lawsuit, most of these events are driven by greed and politics. I'm just looking at all the possible angles, no-one gives away a company/mine/product for nothing - there's always something that hasn't been declared. See also below link:
https://www.ii.co.uk/discussion/t/zamin-aa-amapa/1081398
We know the mine had a structural problem resulting in the unfortunate deaths of 6 people, do we know if this claim has been resolved or still outstanding?
There are also accusations that the mine has polluted the Amazon - again how will this be addressed?
We know that a significant investment will be required to bring the mine upto full production - looking at SSX I can see this potentially going the same way
There were costly labour disputes with the previous companies which will require KDNC to take on board and work with the local community to resolve
So we have many, many obstacles to overcome before we can even tap into those stockpiles of iron ore. Not forgetting KMs lamentable track record over the years - not holding my breath!
Hope it works out for all of our sakes.

Around $40 if my maths is correct! Assuming you sell today.
What an absolute snake! This was his plan all along, bring the company to its knees and then buy out the bits he wants at a massive discount and move these forward privately.
Won't be surprised if he has DTU contracts lined up!
Piece of dog crap!!!
this bag of ****e still not dead yet???
Give it a couple more months
Couldn't be bothered to wait for it to die, finally sold out after years of waiting for a turnaround.
Good luck to the rest of you holding on - hope you get your money back.
This is very good news and indicates that PHE is moving in the right direction! I wonder if Toyota is part of that visiting delegation?
I do wish the companies would pay a bit more attention in their press releases:
"W2T are the exclusive developer in U.K. and South East Asia including Japan and South Korea for the
Powerhouse PLC DMG (distributes modular generation)"
How about Distributed Modular Gasification? Or have they changed the meaning recently?
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/2902273/Russias-Gazprom-snaps-up-Lincolnshire-field.html
Wingas, which is 35pc owned by Gazprom, is paying £44m to Roc Oil, an Australian oil and gas minnow, for the 90 billion cu.ft gas field in Lincolnshire.
This was back in 2004 - imagine how much more a site with AT LEAST double the assets of the above field could go for!
Looking at Morningstar I can see the majority shareholding is as below;
Free Association Books Ltd - 36,083,025 29.98%
Mr. Trevor Edward Brown - 36,083,025 29.98%
Mr Brown is a director of both companies - so does this mean he actually holds just under 60% of IQAI?

world’s largest project of its kind, the ACES initiative will develop 1,000 megawatts of 100 percent clean energy storage,
aims to use 100 percent renewable hydrogen as a fuel source, which will allow gas turbines to produce electricity with zero carbon emissions.
Good find - coming soon to an IPO near you!

STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
Thanks doc7 for your notes as well, just read them this morning. This point has been raised now by everyone:
• The chairman is toxic to AFC and needs to be replaced. If my guess that he enjoys the support of neither the board nor the employees is right then the board needs to take action and ask him to go.
I am happy to support any motion of no confidence, yesterday I was blaming AB but now its evident where the real problem lies. I'm sure between us we probably have 10% if not more of the share holding.
