We may get an RNS like this:
http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=PPS&ArticleCode=8tbka8rb&ArticleHeadline=Cooperation_agreement
Cooperation agreement signed between Proton and MTSA Technopower B.V.
Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems, announces the agreement of a 50:50 profit sharing Cooperation Agreement with MTSA Technopower B.V. to design, manufacture and sell large power systems based on hydrogen fuel cell stacks, ranging between 0.5 MW and 10 MW.
perfect thanks!
not sure how I missed that in the RNS
I read the GridX presentation and am happy with this new direction which can potentially contribute near term cash flows while building towards the main coal power project.
One thing is quite prominent and that is the point below re funding - has the company mentioned how they plan to raise the $1.1m to participate in the GridX JDA?:
Phase II – US$1.1m
• Forecast capital cost for 1st project – expected to be funded up to 100% by Ncondezi
• Solar and battery storage project
Lovely Jubbley, keep it coming!

Saw this in the FT on Friday, wonder when HNR are going to sell the solution to the industry?

Has there been an RNS confirming consent has been provided as per below RNS issued on 13th November? As far as I can tell, we are still waiting for this and until the approvals have been given, ENSCO rig will have to wait. Is this correct?
"There are several regulatory approvals and notifications still required before the consenting process is completed for the wells. When all the necessary approvals have been obtained, the wells will be drilled as a back-to-back programme using the ENSCO-72 Jack-Up rig and, subject to the approvals being in place, Corallian will commence the programme with the drilling of the Wick well during December 2018"
now that's what I like to see, must be some hot news ready to announce soon!
me too, too many projects with amazing potential if at least one of them get going!
can't explain the SP drop though but am taking the opportunity to increase my stake
thanks again, these are very compelling figures indeed!
Of course, in 10 years we're not just looking at 100 units for UK, we have seen numbers of 500+ for Europe and similar for worldwide.
I'm getting ahead of myself - let's wait for the TPV and the planning outcome due shortly!
thanks telephoneman, I note from the Edison report (Feb 2018) that PHE were targetting over a hundred units in the UK over the next decade. Assuming these will be full fat G3 with H2 output, can you provide a rough estimate of the revenues if PHE did not contribute to the investment so getting 20% royalty on each?
And the same if they did contribute 50% capex so getting 50% revenue (on 100 units)
Hi Telephoneman, can you please review my numbers below (taken from your interpretation of Keiths data):
25 tons plastic input
Output = 2 tonnes Hydrogen - equivalent to refuelling @ 5kg per car (400 cars) and 300 miles per car = 120,000 motoring miles.
Electricity output of 28MWh - this is including the 2T hydrogen output?
a) how many BEVs (cars) can this charge if we wanted 300 miles per car?
b) what would be the total motoring miles achieved by using the electricity portion only?
c) how many average homes can this power? 2000 still correct?
Keith is saying 25 tonnes waste → 2,000kg Hydrogen (est. £10,000/day or circa £3.5m/annum) - any idea why it was 1 tonne per day before and what's changed?
Thanks for your help and sorry if I've messed up the numbers!
That's better!
