George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.

Basically winding down the company, there is no more value here and no point flogging a dead horse:

Hi, can someone please confirm if there is any withholding tax on dividend payments?
Now, researchers at MIT, the University of Minnesota, and **Samsung** have developed a new kind of camera that can detect terahertz pulses rapidly....
The new system uses particles called quantum dots.....
I wonder if they're using Nano technology?
thanks for the reminder, just checked on ii and mine came in yesterday :)
Page 50 - can't argue with that can you :)
Don't want to be too ****y but if this is the type of defence Samsung can come up with e.g. just need a bit of common sense and some prior knowledge and bob's your uncle - then they deserve to have their asses kicked HARD and FAST!
14 MR. MIZZO: You're welcome. So yes, as I was saying,

21 ordinary creativity, and common sense, would've been

Hi all, can someone please explain what event is happening in February re court case? The RNS states that we'll get final outcome around May 2022. Just want to make sure I get any topups in before groundbreaking news :)
Thanks
"Once the Patent Trial and Appeal Board ("PTAB") took the decision in May 2021 to review all five patents in the case, it became clear that our best strategy for the case was to agree to a deferral of the trial until after the PTAB issues its ruling on patent validity - expected by May 2022"
this payout will be 80% of what I paid for this position so that's good!
If it wasn't for these preference shares, we'd be mooning right now.
But still confused as to why the price has dipped today given ex date is later this month?
There's also the possibility of the Company turning into a cash shell with massive losses on the books. Wouldn't that be tempting for a new company wishing to launch and using the losses to reduce taxes?
Or is this not how it work?
If I was psychic I would never have invested here in the first place!
I also bought Argo before it went on a rampage, driven of course by BTC reaching ATH.
I've been able to take profits out and buy the US/CAD miners so it's worked out well.
It more than makes up for the paper loss here! Hope it doesn't turn into another LEK...
this has turned into a proper sh**fest!
If it wasn't for CMEC there would be nothing here worth waiting for.
No wonder ppl are taking funds away from the wild west of AIM and putting it in crypto instead, higher risk but much higher rewards.
Just want to say hello and good luck all!
Hi all, obviously this is a disappointing outcome but we all knew things were not going to be straightforward.
I don't understand the full legal implications and am thankful for the guidance and thoughts from those more experienced in this field, no names mentioned as I'm sure I'll miss someone!
I have a few questions that I would like to put forward to this group:
1) Which court / process has priority? e.g. if Texas court finds in Nano's favour, will this supersede any subsequent finding from IPR?
2) If IPR decision can be appealed, which court / process deals with this?
3) Obviously if the case is further delayed then funding needs to be addressed. Is there an appetite in this group to form a "funding party" so that we can take part in funding raises so as not to dilute our holdings. I would be happy to participate. I expect the company to go to institutional holders first and give them the opportunity ahead of retail investors especially if they believe retail is not interested.
Thank you
looking yummy, can't wait to find out which company will be backed into this!
