Hi all, can someone please explain what event is happening in February re court case? The RNS states that we'll get final outcome around May 2022. Just want to make sure I get any topups in before groundbreaking news :)

There's also the possibility of the Company turning into a cash shell with massive losses on the books. Wouldn't that be tempting for a new company wishing to launch and using the losses to reduce taxes?
