CPR is gold in the ground, isn't it? Doesn't tell us how they will extract the gold & in what timeframe, which is an important piece of the jigsaw that seems to be missing (IMO). It's hard to see what is so secretive about buying a few extra shovels & working weekend shifts. But it looks like they are waiting for the final results (late April, early May?!) to release the master plan.

RB, agreed. The lack of news is deafening. Hard to explain why they aren't updating the market about their plans & what they will do with the funding they secured.

The spread is a joke...the market makers seem to be using it for some purpose.

High gold price is good but not if the stuff remains in the ground. Ore extraction is critical to the future. Hopefully the extra funds will unlock the bottleneck.

I have goner back through the RNS's for the last several years and I cannot find any reference to Dermasys being patented UNTIL 10th December 2019 in the 'Corporate Update & Proposed Fundraising' RNS.

Does anyone know when FUM started refererring to Dermasys as proprietary patented....in all the communiques they simply referred to it as 'proprietary'. I don't understand what has happened...has Dermasys itself got a patent recently, or are the company somehow wording things to put emphasis that Dermasys is patented.

I emailed the company a few days ago and am awaiting some feedback. When Mr Barder was answering the emails I often got a response the same day....not now apparently.

I found this on another discussion board from Nov 2017, that purports to be an email response from Mr Barder about Dermasys:

"DermaSys is how we have chosen to brand our technology of reformulating drugs to go through the skin.
Each time we look at a new molecule we patent the optimised formulation.
We have 7 groups of patents filed to date."

It sort of agrees with the email that I got from Mr Barder (I am still looking). It sort of suggests that Dermasys is a 'brand' (which is trademarked) and the formulations for the active ingredient are patented.

Perhaps FUM have managed to patent the Dermasys technology since Nov 2017.

Hopefully Mr Barder or someone at Futura will respond to my email & clarify matters.

Stranger things have happened. But there seems to be a long list of uncertainty facing banks like HSBC. Howeever job cuts sometimes perversely seem to drive the SP higher.

There is still the question about whether further trials be required. Will the recent fund raising supply sufficient funds if additional work is needed?

Shall we stick to the facts. Prof David Ralph WAS involved in the Phase 2 trials but he was NOT involved in the phase 3 trials.

Just in case some people thought that Prof Ralph was a totally independent observer with no prior involvement with Futura Medical.

But Professor David J. Ralph WAS invloved in the phase 2 trials. And that's a fact. Fascinating!!

WeAreAllGuessing, congratulations on your excellent post. Finally there is someone who shows they have a brain and are able to look at Futira Medical and the recent MED trial news with an unbiaed eye. It is so refreshing to find someone who is willing & able to use their brain rather than just shout down anyone seeking the truth.

As I think you are saying, MED seems to have some potential but FUM still have a lot of guestions to answer. How does the new version of MED (without any active ingredient) actually work. They will need the answer to get a strogn patent and to persuad a pharma partner to invest in further development.

Parmxz, you seem to have spotted that at least two of the questions I posed were absolute rubbish....and you seem to blame me for writing such rubbish. But the fact is I just copied those questions from the Mirror article that was 'apparently' faultless. SO when I write something it's somehow devious, but when the Mirror writes the same thing it's woderful.
Says a lot about some of the people on here....viewing things through rose tinted spectacles. Not questioning things with an openb mind. A very poor investment strategy. But I suppose day traders don't really care about the truth. It's all about momentum & getting out before sentiment changes.
Good luck. Wasted too much time corresponding with people with closed minds. What is probaly worse is that not once did I learn anything ...apart from that nobosy seems to know what they are actually investing in.

Which of the following is correct:
1) Viagra pills take at least an hour to act.
2) Professor David Ralph was a consultant for Futura Medical and declared a conflict of interest to that effect.
3) MED3000 gel can cure male impotence.

Tombi, I haven't said MED works...I haven't said MED doesn't work.

Is that clear enough for you.

To be honest it doesn't actually matter what you or I think about MED. The real test will be whather FUM can get any partners to help them develop & market the product. Also it would be very good to have a patent on the' Placebo' MED & Dermasys.
