theItalian, thanks for that. I didn't realise that Prof Ralph was going to attend & be involved in the Seminar on 26th March.

The reference to him being Chair of the FUM advisory panel is from a year ago, so he might have stepped down from that role.

The latest RNS does suggest he still has links to Futura Medical (which is a good thing)....and he won't want to be associated with Futura if they make misleading or inaccurate statements about MED. SO hopefully Professor Ralph will provide a scientific explanation on how MED3000 (the placebo derived version of Dermasys) actually works. Potential partners woiuld find this very interesting I imagine.

The fact that you think I post on here with multiple aliases just shows you're deluded and/or paranoid.

Jonah, simple answer YES. He gets financially rewarded for work he undertakes for Futura Medical. It really is that simple. I don't see why you want to pretend that he hasn't worked for FUM in the past.

Arturo, what's wrong with the old fashioned method of an injection. The CV vaccination will be rushed through and they won't want to delay getting it ready by using untested delivery methods.

Although Dermasys may be suitable for a wide range of drugs as a delivery system....I believe that's one of Ken Jame's roles, to find new applications. Perhaps someone could ask him at the seminar?

Jonah, that made me laugh. I do hope your not suggesting that he evades paying his taxes??!!

Jonah, if a person does some work for a company it would be slightly misleading to say that they have never worked for that company....indeed in a FUM commissioned report (in 2018?) Professor Ralph declared that he had worked as a consultant (as part of the conflict of interest declaration). Whether he has a business link with Futura at the moment is unclear, although he did recently say that he wasn't involved in the MED P3 trial.

SO to pretend that Prof Ralph has never had business links to Futura Medical is incorrect IMO & possibly misleading.

Professor Ralph is obviously a world leading expert in his field....the fact that he has worked with FUM in the past should be applauded not hidden away like something dodgy & underhand.

The more people know about what they are imnvested in the better IMO.

Jonah, as far as I'm aware Prof Ralph has said that MED3000 (placebo derived version of Dermasys) is 'fascinating'. I'm not even sure whether he is involved in investigating the mechanics of how MED3000 works. He used to be a consultant for Futura Medical, I don't know if he still works for them.

Perhaps Ken's seminar will tell us.

Jet, I agree with what you wrote....questions need to be asked & realistic answers given. Although as ever with AIM stocks you never quite know if the answers being given are the unvarnished truth. I am slightly worried that the real answer is..."You cannot handle the truth!!".

They can talk up MED as much as they like, talk of amazing potential but ultimately (because of FUM's business model) they need a Pharma partner to agree with what they say, those guys emply consultants & scientists to look at the data & can see right through any boasting. FUM have to make sure they have rigorous data and they aren't trying to sell a pig in a poke.

Patents....strong patents to protect IP will be vital IMO. I'm not sure if they have that with the placebo based version of Dermasys. Could someone please ask that question at the seminar? (unfortunately I cannot attend due to family committments).

Jet, your message seems to have been lost in translation. One moment a bitter person and the next extremely knowledgeable who you respect. I suppose you could be talking about the same person but seems unlikely!

theItalian, Ken in the latest Proactive video did attempt to explain how they think MED works (some sort of cooling, then heating cysle that stimulates) but I don't know if that is backed up by rigorous science. I suspect any potential partner will want a patentable effect before they hand over the big bucks. Hopefully Ken is able to tell us (and it isn't market sensitive or top secret).

Money of course will be an issue if extra research is needed, unless a Pharma partner is signed up fairly soon of course.

I'm not sure why Mr Barder is staying out of the limelight....to me he is a good communicator. He was always an asset for FUM (despite my having lost confidence in him personally).

If I'm supposed to be LTU how come I never seem to get 'recommended'? This is darned unfair...I'll be having words with myself over this!!

TheItalian, I think your approach is sensible. Listen to everyone - positives & negatives - then make your own mind up. There is just as much danger IMO in listening to hype as there is negativity.

Some things people say can be discounted...such as Ken being resident in the USA IMO. Other 'facts' may have a greater bearing on FUM's future and the marketability of their products.

Hopefully in the upcoming seminar Ken will be asked some searching questions about funding requirements for MED, whether potential partners require an explanation of how MED/Dermasys actually works, whether he commutes from America on a daily basis....important tings like dat.

Or he will get asked puff pastry questions (as these things normally go) i.e. That's a nice tie Ken, where did you buy it...America?

LTU, it's interesting about Ken being resident in USA....I'm not sure how relevant it is. But it's something to bear in mind I suppose. Perhaps he either spends a lot of time here (perhaps even has a 2nd residence in UK) or he's very good at using Skype.

It may explain why FUM are investigating using Dermasys for Canabinoids with a third party pharma company....perhaps Ken used his American contacts.

He might be resident in ISA for tax purpooses I suppose, may not mean he lives there full time. Perhaps someone on here who attends the upcoming seminar could ask him.

Chances of getting a sensible reply from FUM PR company is zero....probably market sensitive information.
