Been in & out since the covid crash. Sold my few shares at £7.30 after the t/o announced. Just seemed a long time to wait for the £8.

I'm flabbergasted that £76k was raised by the open offer when shares were available for substantially less on the market!

It would be extremely foolish to believe that the Mongolians will pay market price for THEIR OWN oil! And they will probably want to impose taxes on any exports if they can't take the whole production.
As I said - I will hold but without any great hopes.

Much is said here about the future price of this share predicated on the open market price for crude being $70+ pb. BUT as Mongolia are building their own refinery & want to be self-sufficient I doubt they'll be wanting to pay PM the open market price. Will the EL have included details of what PM will be paid for the oil it extracts? Maybe Mongolia will want to nationalise the whole shebang? Any thoughts.

It's the company that are the biggest culprits of "de-ramping" by making the offer at 3.5p !

Just seen I have an open offer expired on 29th. Was this to buy shares at 3.50? YES

Have I lost out? My average is around 5. NO

So could I just buy at less than the open offer price as the current market price. YES but they may go lower still.

This company is a crock. Like AMC they have all the approvals but no idea how to realise the asset that is still in the ground. Doing business out there is fraught with problems & I don't think they will solve them soon.
