Where are all the rampers? Wetting themselves with glee when oil went over $80 pb, now it's dropped to 70 - no comment!
(not that it matters as PM have no oil yet)

Bought at 8p - waiting for 2p to average down to 5. Maybe next summer?

If I was the Mongolian Gov (!) I would want a secured supply of crude to keep my own refinery running at capacity & for the foreseeable future before considering exporting any. As there is a pipeline to be built & the refinery won't be operational until 2025 they may as well leave the crude underground for the time being.

Rigs are probably the least of the problems. What's the infrastructure like - are there roads? Accommodation blocks will be needed for the crews. water, sanitation, catering, generators (needing fuel supplies). It all adds up.

I think the truth maybe lies somewhere between the extremes of opinion here. Ups - PM will be pumping oil next summer and selling it at $80+ pb on the open market. Downs - they are a bunch of shysters who shouldn't even be in the oil business!
My guess is that if PM survives as a solo operator oil production will not start until 2023 & there will be no profit until 2025. A A lot can happen in 2 or 3 years so some form of partnership/takeover/cash raise are all possible.
