I have never predicted a rise or fall or target price & never advised anyone to buy/sell or hold. How can that be construed as deramping? And the "substance" that others are posting is just stuff that's available to anyone who cares to look. As they say DYOR

RY and the current board will never bring this project into a production phase (I don't think they even intended to). The alternatives are a JV or a buyout. It's just a question of who & when & how much. Hopefully soon!
