Good grief. Get a grip. £3.20 or £5 the SP has been at both and under £3.20 quite recently. I expect you missed out under £3.50, when you could have bought, good news and you have FOMO.

I would like the buyback to start even if there is an additional amount of WT. A lot of downside is priced in but no upside. Bought another 2,500 and am a keeper until price recovery. When not if. Quite a few Shorter friends on this boat trying to sink it!

The pros and cons are there for all to see. Long term are a buy IMO. Anything can happen to markets, world, whatever, you can only decide on what you know and what you you don’t know. In other words, who the hell knows but on the probabilities this share will increase.

Can’t believe Taconic have increased. They are gambling that the government are going to increase WT or length of time. I don’t think the government will want to damage future investment for a few million quid and potentially make smaller companies pull out entirely from UK.
Buyback should mop up any more of their shenanigans. Glad I doubled stake at 387 pence!

Results are excellent.

I find that Marshall Wace are quite good at managing their Short positions.

A good sign for me, although, whilst reduced by at least 0.03 don’t know how much they reduced by in total.

Just one crash after another. This time also includes FX issues due to dollar vs Sterling.

Why would a bit of selling matter at £5 if the shorting is being done below £4….the Shorters would be losing?
Don’t get your logic. More likely they are gambling on the SP to continue to slide based on potential higher WT or lower OP and gas prices.

Sell if your in profit IMO as seems to be being sold back down to 45 pence so Shorters can get out before MBO or have to wait until next update or September when GS given up.

Can’t believe these shares are dipping again, although only a tad, a bit frustrating. I thought the about turn from 370 pence was starting. Maybe calls for yet another Windfall Tax on top of a Windfall Tax is 5he reason.

IMO unless collapse of commodity markets Harbour is a 600 - 700 pence company. I’d like to see another $100million buyback before Xmas.

No sign of the Shorts starting to close. They are still in profit until about 450 pence or a mere 14% rise in the SP from 394 pence. Profit is profit as they say, so hopefully start winding them down. Although, hope the SP goes up fast and they get burned. :o)

Well, maybe not the Shorters buying yet. So, who is buying? PI….yes, MM and QIA…. could be.

Indeed. If those companies move their bases to other countries the UK would lose big time. No offices, no employment, less tax. Labour are complete idiots ranting and mindlessly working people up without any thought to the consequences.

Maybe that’s another reason why MM needed the extra £156m?
