Mulletman, I guess that would depend on how big the sausage was to begin with... slicing a little off my own would be of no use elsewhere at any time! Small time investor... can only work with what I have, wish I had more!

Not by the wildest stretch of my imagination could I profess to possess even a less than rudimentary understanding of the ins and outs of the stock market. I know less than my 15 year old daughter to be honest. I do however think I am correct in saying that transactions "reported" after close of market have already been factored into the SP. I believe there are no "outside hours" trades that would affect the following mornings SP (funds are a different matter). Limit and Stop Loss can be set up but they would not be reported. Trades have already been done, they are just reported late. I do of course stand to be corrected...

Never posted here... the usual knowledgeable posters know what they are talking about... I think all know who they are.
My reason for not posting is for that very reason - they know what they are talking about.
Relatively new to investing, (Boohoo, biggest investment amongst others, got sucked into the madness of their chat!) bought into Greatland a short while ago at 26.5p and having been guided by the knowledgeable ones on this board bought in again at 30.75. my standing now being 29.48.
Of all the investments I have, Greatland is the only one I feel very comfortable with... and that's because of the real guidance the knowledgeable ones give. Really panicked on the 9th and seriously considered hitting the sell button. Checked here first and a chap, whose name escapes me now, advised to hold - we've seen this before. I challenged my instinct and held. Thank the lord I did. I only play with relatively small amounts but those small amounts are big to me. My point is... Thank you very much to the knowledgeable posters. I shall at some point name and thank all of you.

Hey Danl90 ... "copper is heading to the moon" IMO yes but maybe not long term.
Project LEIKO in colab with BMW, (attempted hijack and serious derail by China - for obvious reasons) has now found position with major corp in USA. Don't ask me who, because I don't know. I believe the corp in question has the development under very tight control. Cost of "alternative" is apparently cheap as chips? Wish I knew who the corp was!
