The problem with that Helx2 is that no broker to our knowledge has had any verifiable comms from any agent.

To many all the delays were very predictable and expected, but I know to some they come as devastating blows and cause emotional turmoil. Very unfair for him to keep doing that after all this time and pain.

I hope Hubba and Helx2 have seen the light, but they might be of the opinion 'a swarm of trolls' has just re entered the boards scared to lose out on our 'shorts'

I'm going for tomorrow, he rarely can be bothered to write an update before deadlines. I bet you the delay is something none of us have even thought of (or maybe it has to be as he reads these boards)

If he updates that the payment is going to be combined and therefore take longer/ needs daap sale announcement etc etc will you buy that?

As Stevie says Helx2 - surely there must be a timeframe by which you would switch your view, 1 month? 2? 6?

For most that timeframe has come and gone, with more likely to switch tomorrow if there's nothing.

I wonder if he realised he was being vague and confusing or if it was intentional. I guess he deserves the benefit of the doubt so let's give until next Wednesday then.

Let's say the share capital book was kept up to date. All you would need to do is create a spreadsheet and enter in names, holdings and contact details if known. Then simply within the space of one working day someone would just need to copy paste a message to email out, and another one to send to UK investor platforms. I honestly think anyone with half a break and basic excel skills could knock this out in under a week, which again begs the question what have the 'agents' been doing since November?

Can you imagine the number of shareholders messaging/emailing Amit expressing frustration or anger? Any normal person would just say "Ok the agent managing the process is xyz based in country abc". One or two simply phonecalls from Shareholders to a verifiable third party who confirms the transaction is in process would settle everything and stop all the calls/messages/emails Amit must be getting. Why on earth wouldn't he do this? Only explanation I can think is the agents don't exist.

MrCoffee - people have definitely purchased shares off Amit post delist as there was the 'pre ipo' which never happened.

Since the pre ipo I am also aware of some purchasing additional shares.

There was also a chap who leaked a call on twitter where Amit was trying to get another 10k off him. I can't give you hard real evidence but don't blindly think Amit hasn't been selling since the 'pre ipo'

We only have his word some investors have been contacted. I do find it odd that none of those investors are on twitter or post here. Of course it might be true.

Did your suspicions not start to rise last year when the daap sale announcement didn't happen?

The only proof i've seen that suggests this was all a scam was the fact that the company was struck off BEFORE he got the St Vincent entity. If you look at the UK strike off date and the St Vincent acquiry date that proves without a doubt it didn't happen together (or what we should have seen which was that the St Vincent company was acquired before the UK one was struck off).

Look either way the Jan 31st date is only 7 days away. Let's see what happens in between

PointZ - I've always thought going after Amit personally is the route to take, pointless going after any company.

Has Amit communicated with brokers on the distribution of funds??? To everyone's knowledge one broker received an email from cloudtag signed 'Cloudtag action agent' clearly where Amit didn't want to use his own name.

@Helx absolutely that would end all the to and fro on this forum if contact is made by a verifiable third party (not just Amit posing as an agent).

@Trombone I don't believe the website 'updates' really serve as legal grounds as it could be made up stories on a website that now exists for a struck off company and thus no different to me making up a site and saying it's going to be bought by Apple. I think the legal case centers around the AIM listed updates and subsequent share selling at 1p. The more years pass since that time the less chance he will be pursued legally (all my own opinion of course)

Seperate to the above. If the agent is indeed real, why on earth can't he divulge who they are. The answer to that is either because he doesn't want investors calling them (1 call to verify would in fact be all that's needed), or that the agents don't exist. I certainly believe the latter but we shall know by Jan 31st so hardly long to wait (again)
