I think the company was dissolved, at least legally or struck off.

It was later on he got an off the shelf company in St Vincents, renamed it Cloudtag and told everybody things had magically transitioned across and that St Vincents was better for the acquiring company. What happened there was he was blatantly caught with his pants down and had to quickly purchase another company to make things look in order.

Buying into these is quite akin to gambling but having to wait a long time to see if there will be a return.

my prediction: company goes into administration within the next 3-4 years (or sooner)

Really for anyone still believing that line in the sand should be end of Jan and no later. Heck let's even say mid Feb.

What Amit will do is keep kicking the can because he wants to prevent any legal action and the best way to do that is to get people to stop believing over a very long period of time so there's no collective action.

Dangle a carrot just enough to keep most believers going with only the odd 1 or 2 dropping off along the way here and there (and then being belittled by people like Hubba)

No official docs as i've never been short Cloudtag. That's why I only said apparently as going off what known shorters previously claimed.

I sincerely hope everyone gets a windfall

Also I don't need to go back further, I've been around (albeit not posting) since 2016 and Amit's comment of 'we will fill the shelves', 'factory right next to a runway' etc etc.

Btw apparently shorters got paid out years ago, if you remember one of them (WShaK) used to post here. Well on twitter he claimed shorts had been paid out sometime post delist. So if you think anyone now is short with anything to gain you are simply wrong.

We are already well past the initial 5 week timeframe, past the point of aimed payout and upteeen weeks past the 'daap sale announcement'. Keep defending him if you wish, just ask yourself why

If Amit has told people that a few shareholders have been contacted, then there's no reason why he can't divulge the agents details.

Sounds like they could do with shareholders contacting them directly as their methods seem to be p155 poor.

I believe this was the week the agent 'aimed' to distribute funds.

So clearly that isn't happening but surely for them to aim to distribute funds you wouldn't think 1 single contact would have been made by now

Every shareholder simply wants agent contact so that we can verify the deal is real and happening.

Any plausible suggestions as to what they could have been doing that would mean zero contact from Nov to now?

Does the update confirm agent details or provide a link to a verifiable third party announcement regarding the supposed sale?

Or is it just like all the others, fairly confusing, promising 'jam tomorrow' and leaving you without any definitive timescale to get your long awaited payment

Well summarised TOS, with these types of stock the BoD continually talk of commercialisation/value etc etc but years keep ticking by while they get paid a decent wedge.
