I always find oilers are far too risky. 1 or 2 duds and it's game over.

I see three paths ahead.

The first is where Amits cites the enhanced payment and it will now happen in 1 transaction combined but the agents need more time etc etc / another delay reason

The second is that broker platforms do get contacted by a third party. In this case I certainly hope they are able to divulge the agents details or name to investors. Then naturally they can be checked and verified. If this happens i'd be highly suspect of Amit buying another 'off the shelf' company (like he did with St Vincents) to act as the 'agent' and somewhere down the line this 'agent company' somehow goes bust or misappropriates the funds (aka Amit passing the buck)

Third option is the contact is real and from a verifiable agent - all shareholders can rejoice and break out the bubbly!

I hope for everyone's sake here it's 3, but my gut tells me it's 1 or 2.

Honestly can't believe people are chucking even more money in this to double down. It's just providing more liquidity to the financier selling tranches off

I don't think any shareholder really knows where he resides. If he's out of the UK I daresay any wanted legal action wouldn't even get off the ground.

Looking at the timescales of funds next week, I think we all know that can't happen now in such a short time.

I bet Amit starts telling people he's equally frustrated and will start blaming the fictitious 'agents' which of course does create the setup for more delays or changing of agent

Certainly possible Chimers, and I admit when he updated the website with the $275m figure my hopes rose.

However that announcement was Nov 22 and with all his missed deadlines (lets not forget the multiple missed buyer announcement dates) my confidence has gone down to 0.01%

I think it's good to see that slowly more people are realising it was all a con and can therefore start the mental process of moving on.

While Amit is the one to blame, and even moreso for dragging this out giving people false hope you have to direct some blame towards those who followed Amit blindly never once questioning things and then reporting back to a wider cohort of shareholders that "all is fine". Those people should also be thoroughly ashamed of themselves

@spikey yeah i don't think many believe that anymore, but you have people like chandra on twitter who's been telling people of years 'all is good' and stuff like that without any shred of evidence. So did Tracy back in the day here if anyone remembers her
