So what's basically happened is that people contacted Amit with concerns that the company wasn't even registered anywhere (quite a valid concern). What he's now done is re register on St Vincent and make out it was that way the whole time.

Anyone believing he managed to sell a non registered company I think are kidding themselves, Hubba? 1984?

The 'pre ipo' followed what I just said about Mr Selfridge. Plenty of people bought into that, some £10k at least like Dreamboatwarrior

In addition to the below Mr Selfridge would also go round and show investors some PDF document which supposedly showed a future timeline for Cloudtag including a "Microsoft & Qualcomm Integration" and other commercial deals in 2018!

Pretty sure that was also him acting for Amit (maybe getting paid also) to prevent shareholder action and again allow Amit to sell even more shares.

He should really take that blog down, just embarrassing at this point.

Have to wonder though why all of these moves to different locations, it surely can't be at the request of the purchasing company. It seems far more likely to me Amit is buying different companies only to let them get struck off thus eliminating any sort of company trail let alone supposed 'share transfers'.

I'm willing to bet anyone holding share certs couldn't verify those certificates against a company number/ID in any jurisdiction thus about as much use as toilet paper is. Happy to be proven wrong of course!!

It also seems the company is no longer even registered. They got struck off from cayman islands, bought an off the shelf company at St Vincents and now even that is no longer registered. Screams to high heavens of Amit's scamming tactics all along.

AIM companies don't seem to follow global liquidity, you'd have been better off investing in the S&P than this.
