pretty much every question relating to the share price can be answered in the same way ' whilst we understand the frustration with the share price we can ensure you that everyone at novacyt is working extremely hard to grow the company and provide long term value to shareholders'

The board have stated they will prioritise the most asked questions.

I have asked "For the questions you do not have time to answer on 18th August, - can you please make every effort to publish answers to these questions in the days and weeks following this event."

Did you note for the new 3g HT product discovered yesterday, that one of the sample types was Saliva, and processing good for four platforms.

Take a look at this list, (which seems to me as long as I can ever recall), and ask yourself if management are holding back on delivering on the Mid-Cap status they mentioned (long ago now).
If things are so bad sales wise, it would not be possible to have this number of vacancies.
They are not jobs to replace staff that have left because the recent annual reports contain "Employee increase from 110 to 237, with 11% staff turnover", - page 7.
To me the plan must have been impacted by the lack of the expected income from DHSC in the spring, but these vacancies are evidence that much of the plan to build the business is still ongoing.
Indeed the vacancies show the present skills requirement , as you don't advertise a vacancy long before you need the new start in place.

And we know nothing of the 10 or so USA vacancies management spoke of, or the business they are generating.

Paris, France and Camberley, UK - 13 September 2018 - Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, today announces its molecular testing division, Primerdesign Ltd. (Primerdesign), has partnered with Applied Microarrays, Inc. (AMI), a company that specialises in providing customised microarrays and manufacturing point-of-care (POC) and high throughput DNA and protein arrays, to offer comprehensive single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) assay development.

If this partnership is still current, this might be an excellent opportunity for NCYT to get SNP-sig assays into US production, (and possibly Americas distribution), and perhaps communicate with FDA for a variety of reasons on behalf of the partnership.

Until earlier this year, the Applied Microarrays Inc. website reflected this partnership, but there is no longer a confirmation of this agreement on their website, - (which IMO is not necessarily bad news).

I would appreciate any posters assistance with getting this question prioritised for the 18.08.2021 mtg.

Abingdon Health: A cover-up
In April, Government announced that they supported the creation of the UK Rapid Test Consortium (UK-RTC). The idea was that the companies and institutions involved would create a rapid antibody test. On 2nd June, Government awarded a contract worth £10 million to Abingdon Health for the materials needed to produce the test. On 14th August, they handed Abingdon Health another contract worth a staggering £75 million.

Despite these huge sums of money, Government seems to have ignored widely held concerns that tests were not fit for purpose. So a £75million contract was awarded without competition, on the basis of profoundly flawed research. And when confronted with evidence of these flaws Government tried to suppress publication of that evidence.

These are serious charges and we have set out the publicly available evidence in this chronology, which we will update as more evidence is published.

To protect public money and to seek to encourage Government towards honesty, we have issued judicial review proceedings in respect of the Abingdon Health contract awards. Our case rests on the following grounds:
1. Government’s apparent failure to conduct any lawful or sufficient inquiry or evaluation of the accuracy of the rapid antibody tests.
2. The award of these contracts seemingly without any advertisement or competition between bidders.

Good Law Project has instructed Joseph Barrett of 11KBW Chambers and Rook Irwin Sweeney. They will work considerably below market rates.

"DHSC has now chosen not to pay any of these outstanding sums until after the completion of the Judicial Review proceedings (the "JR") initiated by the Good Law Project ("GLP"). The DHSC has also stated that, if Abingdon commences legal proceedings to recover the outstanding sums, it will apply to have those proceedings stayed until after the determination of the JR. The DHSC seeks to avoid its contractual obligations despite having accepted delivery of the products the Company have supplied, and which it is using, and for components purchased on behalf of the DHSC at its request. Abingdon therefore continues to pursue the DHSC for payment."

At the moment I am not seeing any connection between the Abingdon Judicial Review and Novacyt's situation with the DHSC.
I therefore conclude that there is no reason why any decision concerning the ADR process between Novacyt and DHSC will have to wait to be announced until after the Abingdon Judicial Review process.

Why the government has crippled such an asset to the UK's ability to develop and produce LFT's, when the latest LFT's are more accurate than the Innova tests in use up to now is beyond my fathoming.

As things stand, nations with LFT producing capabilities will want production of any successful tests for home markets before exporting any excess product

Lets make sure we don't lose sight of the above 'commitment' to answer 'the most prominent questions'.
By publishing here the questions we've asked, and resubmitting the questions others have asked, there is more chance the questions that matter most to us are answered.

This isn't an all day event after all, so not surprised they want to prioritise the most asked questions.

"Today the NCYT bb share holders researched and found that a new product - genesig-covid-19-3g HT, - Catalogue no: D00062, IFU dated 01.07.2021, has not been RNS'd, nor discussed as a possible new product within an RNS.

If the product is in the catalogue I assume it is available to purchase.

Why has this new product release information not been made available to share holders

Great news Wilson.
SH did not know that there was a significant market for 3G HT.
Wonder if this was requested for UK lighthouse labs, but no matter, I am not aware of a competing assay.
Perhaps this is the lever we've been looking for to Jemmy the French market at last.

I didn't sell on the way down because my thoughts were that you can never tell when an acceptable offer is going to be made.
Obviously nobody knew how far this would fall, but in staying in, most of us would have benefited from an offer.
The lower the sp the more likely a bid, DHSC dispute or no.
I would like the Mid-cap status plan to work rather than a T/O, but that plan probably included an acquisition in 2021 H1, made with DHSC cash, that would have altered our status away from the perceived Covid-19 short term play.

We'll see what Tony Dyer has up his sleeve if DHSC pay up in H2. Perhaps a modified plan is still do-able.

but not 2-gene, or 3-gene or Winterplex.
All the SNP sig assays are available in USA.

PathFlow® COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Pro is CE Marked LFT for professional use detecting SARS-CoV-2 antigens using either anterior nasal samples or nasopharyngeal samples. - No mention of EUA.

PathFlow® COVID-19 Rapid Antigen is a self-test LFT to detect SARS-CoV-2 antigens using oral fluid samples.
Novacyt expects to make this LFT available as a CE Marked product shortly. - No mention of EUA.

It is those investors with a shorter term view on this sp that are among the disgruntled.
Those with a longer term view are among the buyers come payday.
Its all about fundamentals, not how long you think an investment should take to provide a comfortable return.
