IMO settling the dispute (regardless of how), will herald attempts to buyout this company.
GM has ensured that each and every new product or process, plus all of the unprotected stuff purchased with IT-IS International, now has a patent application, so they will now count when attempts to value the company occur.
Of course best case, big pharma end up in a bidding war, but it is far from clear who and how many will be interested.
There will be those who badly want access to the R&D team for their own purposes, likewise the genomic sequencers and their modus operandi and contacts.
Others will be interested in the Point of Care instruments and assays.
PROmate is patent applied for, and differentiates Novacyt's assays from other companies tests, (faster and with simplified work flow). One SNPsig product uses a PROmate workflow, - SNPsig SARS CoV-2 (E484K) Easy.
I don't have a timeline for dispute settlement, but expect a step change in sp when resolution announced.
