There is recent information publicly available from NCYT posters.
Suggest you busy yourself finding it, spoon feeding is off my agenda this afternoon.

No such fair outcome has ever been likely.

All information in the public domain points to a fair outcome being that NCYT successfully refutes the DHSC claim in the high court, and the counter claim is paid in full.

The only reason NCYT should not settle in the high court, is because the dispute is materially hindering the company from proceeding with it's policy of developing non-Covid products,(R&D), and M&A activity.

The company don't need money for R&D.
The company might need money for M&A at some time in the future.

So what might cause NCYT to settle outside court for less than the counter-claim, is that money is required for large scale M&A activity, and that the dispute is obstructing future substantial DHSC contracts. (Why settle if only small contracts are available).

I would like to have shareholder questions asked face to face with BoD.
I don't want you to organise anymore q and a opportunities where BoD picks which questions they will answer.
Please organise an event that shareholders can physically attend, and you can rest assured shareholders will respond positively. No more virtual q and a's please, you are answering the questions you want to answer, not the shareholders most important questions.

It may be the case that there are deals to be done with companies like this, but it's taking a very long time for
something concrete to be agreed.

By far the best candidate for filtering on NCYT.

Many of her subjects always knew that outside any government, there was a royal force for good, and that Prime Ministers visited the queen on a regular basis freely accessing her wisdom, to discuss any and every matter each PM required.
We will never know how much these discussions influenced the decision making processes of the PM's she knew.
What a marvellous opportunity now lost to the nation.
She would have served our interests as much during those meetings as any other of the ways she selflessly devoted herself to us.
Such a constant in our lives, we now realise what we have lost after such a long reign, as few can remember the previous monarch.

300 instruments to be supplied in phase 1.
Further 700 instruments to be supplied in Phase 2 if negotiated.

10 weeks after the start of phase 1, the DHSC would have to advise any reagent kit volumes in writing.
That would be the time that Novacyt would have known whether Phase 2 (with possible reagent volume increase for 700 more instruments) was likely to happen. Not discussing likely Phase 2 reagent requirements at this time would have been like not discussing the elephant in the room.

BH - I filtered you when you could not stop yourself endlessly discussing reverse takeovers recently.

I hope you use the filter when others bore you rigid, but I see you don't.

Some think research is taboo, but Novacyt aren't going to proffer any news, so research is mandatory.
Some are irked when their money is locked in.
That's when some like to moan about their investment.
In endless ways.
None of us give a monkeys about others investments, no matter how large.
We all chose the price to buy, and I don't want to hear how bad a decision that was for some when I have my own regrets.

Everyone has the right to post, everyone has a filter.
Just remember to use it when subjects we dislike are posted and we'll be fine.
