TC, while the news vacuum is an issue this relates to the Trinity purchase, until this completes and they can consolidate the information on the new entity this will be the case. While this is not great for any existing shareholders the vacuum does not cast any light good or bad on the decline rates, it is merely a legal requirement when mergers like this occur. Not long to wait now, once the merger is court approved, should start the news flow again post 2nd August '24

G_G_G assuming a linear fall off in declines while financially sensible is unlikely to be the case, at some point if the well is sustainable it will level off then new wells would be additive, time will tell when on the curve we are but I feel confident that the rate after 12 months will remain thru to a lot nearer the end of the wells life, unless we are very unlucky :-)

Well tomorrow we should get the CEOL track announcement from the Chilean Government, may not get a CTL RNS on this until later in the week when they have had a chance to digest, understand and plan their next steps. Am expecting them to get fast tracked due to all their community and environmental ducks being in a row, good luck all...

G_G_G, normally we could expect a Casc 2 & 3 update, but I think effectively we have a quiet period thru to the Trinity deal finalisation, so would expect to get TXP news again around the 1st week of August, would love to be wrong and it comes earlier but lets see :-)

Certainly to those looking at the stock the trend in the Lithium price is a factor, the reality with most commodities is pricing is cyclical and Lithium will be no different, as the price falls it becomes less economical to mine and as it rises the parties interesting in mining it rise too.

The reality is there are few Lithium producers that are enviromentally attractive and even less supplying Lithium from non-trade restricted countries, this is where CleanTech Lithiums strengths lie and will be appreciated in the stock price as the company brings it's product to commercialisation.

Well it is not important, as long as it is above your cost of production, luckily for CleanTech Lithium, they are not in production today so the price is not too relevant other than to say even at these prices they will be very profitable and if the price returns to the long term average (as some analyst say will happen towards the end of FY24) then they will be extremely profitable :-)

Yes while the Lithium price has fallen it is still substantially above the cost of product unlike a lot of the hard rock lithium producers who are scaling back production, which should in turn easy off on the price pressures over the coming year.

In terms of the CEOL we know the government will announce on the 9th July which compnanies will take the fast track to CEOL issuance and CleanTech Lithium is meant to be one of those, the then the CEOL will be effectlively issued will just need to go thru the formal contractual elements, likely 2-3 months)

Well there were a number of updates last year during July but I think the Trinity deal may mean this year doesn't follow suit, then next event in '23 was August 11th, so we can expect Q2 results some time in early August I would assume.

Of course anything is possible but I don't see where the synergies apart from adjoing acreage would be right now, both are in need of cash and maybe if one of them got the right partner then there could be some benefit...
