Of course, things in the future do only tend to be possible, hence why I said that production more aligned would be the best for all :-)

Think it is driven by 2 things Kestas, 1) failure to plan for production level declines conservatively and 2) the belief that the TRIN deal is distracting management from delivering better numbers for not a lot of benefit...

Luckily by the end of Sept we should have the 2 new wells online and if their productions levels are aligned with expectations we should see the stock reprice to a more sensible level, just my 2c's worth :-)

Why imagine when we can keep going round in circles, why do you imagine I care what your stake is :-)

There is always caution in mining anything, but trends only last so long in the world of commodities, we have around 2 years until production the market rarely takes more than a year to correct for these things, time will tell when the trend is broken but the more mines below cost of production is the start of the change :-)

As opposed to LOL who have a cash offer but very little beyond that in the future, as I have said on the TRIN board, if you want jam today then the LOL offer makes sense but if you want ongoing jam the TXP offer is the berrer one, lets see once the new well production levels are announced where we are, TRIN have to wait till the end of Jan. '25 for their irrevocable share votes to lapse (not like they were held a gunpoint to sign that or anything) so we got plenty o time :-)

Don't really need to remind anyone of anything thanks, if you have a question beyon me doing your due diligence for you then I will be happy to respond. Reality is that Trinity shareholders have been unhappy with Trinity BoD delivery of not very much for the last year whereas Touchstone shareholders were promised a lot and only got half of it, September for the new wells will be a pretty significant moment for Touchstone share price, if they deliver on time and at reasonable production levels the share price will rise significantly over todays price and as the Trinity offer is effectively index linked the deals on the table will likely be superior from Touchstone, time will tell of course :-)

The current Lithium price is really on effecting current hard rock producers and they have costs basis of over $11k per tonne, luckily out expect cost level is around $6.5k per ton so still profitable if we were in production today. All the factors here are based on present day supply and demand, this will be dramatically different in 2 years time when we start coming into the production cycle.

Global battery storage for Utility Scale Solar PV projects grew by around 60% last year and is forecast to maintain this growth thru 2030, this will start to eat into the supply side over the next 12-18 months, stabilise and growing the cost per ton...

Yes indeed, reality is coming to TRIN board, not clear on the word irrevocable, sure those lawyers letters will make it clearer, nice of the TRIN BOD to start the process of using all that cash you have in the banks, I wonder who has bigger posckets to get legal, hmmm go with that and watch your cash go to zero TXP is in the ramp up of major production, who has the really deeper pockets and who will suffer most not the BOD but you the shareholders, not something to make cheap shots about bud but smell the coffee :-)

How about this, those 2 well are gushers LoL, the old FUD playbook, keep clutching at straws, reality is that production was up in July over June so things heading in right direction, will be interesting to see how TRINs Q2 results are, you expecting stellar delivery like the last few Qtrs?

Yeah as we have all seen over the last 2 years Trinity team have really hit it out of the ball park :-) Reality is TXP have the greater potential and with the 2 CAS well coming online in Sept ‘24 the SP will make significant headway long before the Jan. ‘25 end of the irrevocable undertakings by the Trinity BoD, time will tell how this plays out…

While Thunder is happy to say I am conflcted, I would say bu owning both stocks I have a much clearer perspective than he does, my view is mid to longer term for both these stocks, clearly his view is give me the money now I want to move on to my next win, good luck to you sir but please don't try and bully others to your view, try bringing people onboard with clear rational answers, good luck my friend :-)

As I said before there are only 2 offers, one which has the benefit of mid to longer term benefits and the other short term which is funded with debt and may not deliver long term, not all offers are black and white, dig deeper to see which makes sense for you :-)

Time will tell, we have yet to see TXPs response to the last TRIN BODs post, that will give us the tone, if the TXP wells come online in Sept as expected the share price balance could change significantly :-)
