Looks like the Trinity Board are really going all out for the LOL offer (is this April fools), clearly they want to get this sorted as they know if the TXP deal happens they will get the chop as soon as the deal closes as they clearly are not to be trusted in business even with irrevocable undertakings they try and wheadle their way out, hoping they get taken over and axed ASAP :-)

It is not 100% clear but from the wording I would say it is a dual listing...

Luckily our future cost of production is around $4.5k with current Lithium prices around $10k we are still substantially in the green. I would imagine that the Chilean Government will want to license their resources to ensure the long term viability and profitability for them and the licensee, the the prices will be stated as a percentage of returns rather than a fixed price per volume. As we have seen if the price falls a lot of production stops being cost effective and will be halted until higher prices are available, this will start to ease the backlog and while EV Cars maybe undershooting targets right now Lithium based battery storage is growing massively YoY and will start to take up the slack in the market thru the end of FY24 and FY25, still ahead of the prospective CTL production dates...

Well neither of us can say 100%, we will have the news in the coming weeks no doubt but until then we can see that decline is not linear, therefore is flattening towards a long term sustainable level, whatever that may be neither of us can say without further data points (coming soon). The good news is 2 new wells coming online in a matter of weeks, lots to look forward to for TXP :-)

The point is the rate of decline curve for these specific wells is now much clearer to the management team, therefore they should be able to model the decline rates for further wells much more accurately and plan and budget accordingly, this is positive news for future wells and the company...

Sorry you are feeling scared, this stock has been on a long road and while closer to it's destination is still a way to go, like all oil and gas exploration it is always against the unknown, however as time goes on those unknowns become less, investing here is a balancing act between the present and your belief in what the future could be, don't get out of your depth but don't be too worried to get the rewards either :-)

I think they are saying that they are still waiting on final ASX approval so they have extended their window for the ASX listing to go live by 2 weeks, they said should the ASX approval still come thru on time they will be able to get the listing live at an earlier date, that is all...

Well shareholders relevance is still there, just have to see if the TXP share price can come up enough by the closing of the period where the BoDs shares are under the irrevocable agreement to go with the TXP offer (believe it is in place thru Jan. '25 right now), if the TXP offer which is flexible based on the TXP to TRIN share price then the LO offer will need to be increased to directly be positing for existing TRIN shareholders :-)

Lithium price edging up over the last week, have to see if this is sustained return to the historic average or a temporary adjust…

Would expect news to come out Chile time, so likely mid afternoon, we may have to wait til Monday for Cleantech Lithiums response and next steps, lets hope it quicker tho :-)

Yeah I think the rate of decline was a big factor for some investors, not being familiar with O&G decline curves, they just may have thought the wells were going to zero rather than finding their natural level. Now we understand the decline curve in these structures the companies forecasts should become a lot more reliable :-)

Seems like both sides want to play hardball on this deal, have to see who holds their poker face longer, meanwhile not sure this is helping the focus of either BoD's from getting on with delivering shareholder value :-)

I am at one with that rossannan, happy whichever way the chips fall in this, just hoping it doesn't damage either stock, no ill will either way :-)

Well whatever TRIN does we all got plenty of time until the irrevocable share undertakings expire, sit back until Jan. 2025, so lets all chill and see where this ride takes us all :-)

I am sure they will be the same, the point is we now all have a good view of the decline curve to apply to these wells production, that would only be sensible and no one said it would be any other way. The reality is this is new production and will add substantially to the bottom line before year end, hence the view that this will be positive for the stock in the coming month, only logical :-)
