# 0.6p & 0.8p

I don't think I'm alone in having been in a bit of a quandary over the last few weeks over whether to sell my holding here, especially as other shares in my portfolio seem to be rising quite quickly. Would my money be better invested elsewhere?
My decision was to hold on here as I believe that this slumbering giant is about to wake up.
I have built up two quite substantial (for me) holdings here with averages of 0.9p and 2.1p.
My reasoning for building such a stake was similar to a farmer buying a load of seed to plant to eventually reap the crop.
In recent weeks the sp has gently risen from the mid 6p's towards rattling the gate of 8p+, nearing my first average which will, due to the number held, become more profitable than a faster rising share where I have a much smaller holding.
As you can imagine it is painful to see the current value of my 2.1p tranche, which is too low to consider selling, but once over the 0.9 hurdle the deficit will be reduced from two directions.
When (being positive!) we breach 2.1p my holding will start to gain, for me, serious value.
That's my decision and the reasoning behind it and I'm sticking to it.

Whether we see 60p or not, and I obviously hope we do, I'm already grateful to EUA for dragging my whole portfolio kicking and screaming into profit. Holding fast to see where it takes us.

The relevant point is that some of us who salvaged some money from there are now invested here and we are now smiling (well I am!)

Slapheads - I too felt the pain that was AMER but EUA is a totally different vessel. Amer was dependent on another company, who owned 70% of the rights and were the operator, to drill for that ocean of oil but they delayed so much the value was knocked down.
Eua owns and, at WK, now operate the whole shooting match and do not need to sell. I know that was said of Amer but their options were curtailed by a major investor losing faith in the bod. Here the bod are the major investors and are free to guide the ship with far more expertise than was ever evident at Amer.

If/when MT is sold would the buyers be liable to pay legacy payments to EUA from any profits they make from it?

I'm a newcomer to RBW and the bb. I was lucky enough to buy in in Dec and, for once , a share I bought actually went up.
My introduction was the appointment of former ceo ME as the new ceo of Ironveld which I have held for some time. Like many lth's I've seen the value of my holding drop there so I'm not here to gloat at getting the timing right for a change. I looked into the company that ME had left and was really impressed with the potential I saw here. So here I am - for the long haul. Cheers.

Fortitude and Moneymaker, Thank you for your contribution. I have said my piece between this board and KZG and will draw a line under AMER but it has dented my confidence.
I sincerely hope that you are both right especially as I have, for me, a considerable sum invested between this and KZG.

Fortitude, I concur with most of your post but please do not use that last t-word again on a board read by former AMER shareholders. I hope that it is the case but please don't mention it as it leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

Today's RNS has several points lumped together in typical GC company fashion. I believe it would be better for the sp if there were more rns's released with smaller updates to keep investors informed and engaged and then the herd would take notice and gather, raising the sp from its doldrums. But you know what they say about leopards and spots and while there's a leopard in the area the herd is scattered.
