That the SP has gone down is not necessarily a bad thing/sign. I suspect that the large buyers have named the price they want to pay and the mm's have obliged.
Still here after too long but managed to wean myself off continually watching this board. Under water but foresee that when the undersea groundswell does erupt it will produce a new island. Whether it does in my lifetime though.
Determination - I have sometimes felt the same. Tom James has always impressed me when I've heard him speak. Maybe a reshuffle in the company to adopt TradeFlow as it's name which is more apt and credible than Supply@me. Maybe something for the future.
For now I'm encouraged by the veChain partnership and looking forward to what fruit it may bear in July.
Belstaff - That thought occurred to me. He certainly appears to be the best person for the job. Now for him to put his back into it and row to the finish line!
Ian and Pete - thank you for your birthday greetings.
Insignificant - so far........
Hi Ian,
Thank you for maintaining this thread over all this time, despite all the trials and recent tribulations of the share and those in your personal life as you have shared it. It is appreciated and understood by many of us (still!) here.
I see that your rocket is primed for launch and no doubt has a specific target programmed in to help make the world a better place.
I'm not sure if I've offered a guess before but, due to the current circumstances, would like to guess that the launch date is 19th May that would transform an insignificant birthday into a rather significant one.
Your good health. Awstin
Determinator,
I don't know how many shares your hold but I agree with your sentiment that we LTHs should stick together through the onslaught by those who wish to relieve us of our shares.
The mere fact that they're trying means they also believe this will come good.
We can all be, rightly, disappointed by the drifting deadlines but I think we can see beyond the spanners being thrown into the spokes (as with the funding bank wanting a bigger piece of the pie - a positive reason in its own right) towards the eventual growth of the company and its share price.
Personally hoping this hits 7.14p, which I don't think is unfeasible, as it will be the milestone of my first million.
Well, that's my hope anyway.
Interesting article in today's Times: (sorry, couldn't hyperlink)
Is this, at least partly, a way forward for EUA2 as a part of JVs in the EV and Hydrogen industries?
Glencore has emerged as a cornerstone investor in Britishvolt, the giant “gigafactory” under construction at Blyth.
The giant mining and commodities group had already taken a financial interest in Britishvolt in return for the supply of cobalt and nickel that the plant in Northumberland will need. By 2027, Britishvolt plans to make enough batteries each year to power 300,000 electric cars. The battery company is one third-controlled by Orral Nadjari, 39, its Emirates-based founder.
Now, in a third private fundraising, Glencore has signed up to invest £40 million of the £200 million that Britishvolt hopes to bring in from private investors. This is on top of £100 million previously raised.
The ability to raise private funds to finance research, development and commercialisation is likely to mean that Britishvolt will take its time on the road to its ultimate goal of listing on the stock exchange.
Last month the business secured £1.7 billion of project finance for the complex construction of the gigafactory from abrdn, the investment house. The taxpayer has also ploughed £100 million into the venture in grants for a project that ministers hope will help to create 3,000 jobs.
Markthefish - also hoping that SYME delivers first, and soon, as deeply under water here.
Having said that I have appreciated the sustained low price as I've been able to more than double my initial holding and reduced my average to .35p.
I'm lucky that the angst of being so far down here has been made more bearable due to the rise in EUA over the last two years.
Hi Travis, sorry I'm not seeing a dragline. If you're referring to the dark rectangle near to the centre of the image, to me it looks more like a clearing with an access cut from the left. Compare the length of the shadow to the map's scale in the bottom right corner [300m] and it's not far off 300m, that would be a huge dragline.
Thanks for the image though, its good to keep an eye on the site once in a while and hopefully next time we'll see the drag line.
Tigra,
Lol. Ok then, let's revise that to 'When the dividend lands let's retire the old galleon to a museum and commission a brand new hydrogen powered flagship'
All the best to you and all who will sail in her.
Not forgetting the valued crew members lost on the voyage so far.
