The weekly Friday drop into the red is another form of Psychological manipulation in the battle to relieve rattled PI's of their shares.
They understand that being red over the weekend leaves us to mull over the dropped price for the two days without trading and, potentially, drops a veil over our mood so that it is always in the back of our minds.

Expect the usual weekend botfly attack to try and enforce this.

They are after our shares and have teams engaged in working out how to apply pressure on us to sell.

The closer we get to the finish line the harder it becomes to get there.
This is clearly shown in the drip drip decline of the SP to which some investors succumb due to their own circumstances.
Some will take profit, some will avoid or lessen a loss and some will cash in and move on to other investments.
I sympathise with those deeply underwater and know the pressure and frustration they feel from bitter experience.

My take on this is that the battle is bloodiest when the rewards are vast.
This battle will continue to get tougher until we're over the line.

To be fair I think yesterday many, like me, had their concerns heightened by the designation of the RNS being 8(DD) which immediately brings to mind Director Dealing. Then seeing the name of Alexei Churakov enforced this concern as memory failed to register that Alexei, despite being a valued member of the team, was only an advisor to the BoD.
I have to admit that this was my own view but was calm enough to work through the resulting fallout and seeing it as a massive opportunity for the MM's to spread a deep trawl net for lower stop-losses which in turn propelled the SP into a downwards momentum. until buyers reacted to the opportunity then presented.
I count myself fortunate to still be holding all my shares (no stop-loss) but missed out of buying more due to lack of funds.
I will not comment upon the reactions of others on this BB but can understand how those reactions arose.

Feels like an opportunistic deep trawl of stop losses by the on the ball MM's to some, it must be said, unexpected news.

MrYFronts - I will certainly look back through the RNS's but don't have the time for now. I was aware that CS referenced 40moz being available but have no recollection of Fedorova being mentioned, so I'll have to check.

The Barrick licences were for Fedorova not Monchetundra.
The report which you link has been known since July and has no bearing on the deposits held or available, under Russian law, to EUA.

Why have I invested?
I believe the business and SP will grow exponentially for a couple of years.
I don't envisage any top slicing, as I hope to be able to live comfortably off the dividends.

Welcome Wringtongas, CS has mentioned Uranium in a recent communication, I can't remember if it was an RNS or a presentation, but it was the first time I'd heard of Uranium being mentioned and wondered at the time where it was but could not find any recent references to it. It will certainly be known to the bod but not many of us pi's seem to know anything about it.
