Judge, or anyone who may be able to answer the below.
If each 8.5 is part of the due diligence process is it the case that each 8.5 notification is for a different bidder?
There are now six 8.5 RNSs, does that mean there are potentially six bidders?
Let's hope this is all done and dusted before November's budget

Going back to an interview by Dmitry: he said, if my memory serves, that licence applications cost about $1.5 million each.
WK still has areas where further licensing is required. So to continue the expansion of the mine a lot of cash is required.
It looks like EUA have the bit between their teeth here and are reinvesting the production revenues to achieve their goals.
It will be interesting to see if WK will be sold, if so it will command a good price, if not then it will generate good dividends.
The mention in the previous RNS of construction not related to mining is also an interesting subject for speculation.
As always we'll have to wait and see.

Conditions allowing, I'm planning a return to NZ in Jan/Feb 2022
Last time I went on a wine tour of the Central Otago region ending up at the Hackett winery where they have the bungee jumping. Despite a few glasses of delicious wine I was not tempted to jump. Too risky with a long term back injury from being run over a few years ago.
I'm not sure that they would hold it back.
If A1ex, as a knowledgeable PI, can find it then so can agents of those entities wishing to buy the company as they would definitely know where to look and who to ask.
If the information was included within the terms of NDAs then A1ex presented the EUA legal team a bit of a headache over last weekend.
Otherwise the release of the information would likely, as it did, help strengthen the sp and the resolve of shareholders.
So, all good.
I would imagine that having AP working to prove up the EUA resources is focussing the minds of potential buyers as the longer they wait the more valuable EUA becomes and the more they will have to pay.
