I see Berenberg had this a buy at 730p in Dec 2024

Liberium had this at 1130p in 2018-19

Jefferies had this at 1043p back in 2017.

It will be an impairment charge which will reduce the Goodwill figure, no doubt due to fair value of some of the acquisitions being adjusted down. S4 paid more than the current market cap for Mediamonks, so I would say it is priced in, however the market will no doubt punish us again anyway.

Yes it got to over £1b market cap on Jam tomorrow, which never came. Far far too late in the day now to be buying GGP me thinks.

Held these a while ago, back in this morning, I think it will recover over time.

Even total debt still likely to be below the net debt to EBITDA covenant ratio, not bad for a company whos share price is on the floor !

It seems they were very quick to take profits and run. Even at a higher price than they could have closed at. Perhaps they were weary of an opportunistic bid coming in.

Like I said it is possible Marshall are shorting HOC as a long Silver hedge, either that or they know something we don't about HOC.

Why would Qube close a not insignificant .010% and Connor Clarke close a smaller amount but now below notifiable threshold, when they new Trump was in and tariffs were coming, surely they would increase as tariffs threaten the economy of the US ?

Its true Connor Clarke Lunn still with around 0.49% short and Qube around 0.51% both been reducing recently. Looks like market down day on Trump Tarriffs would help them close.

Cost to borrow stock has increased from 28.28% on 20 Jan to 36.62% 31st Jan.

Still no Institutional buying I can find reported anywhere.
