My 2 cents is they saw the opportunity for a nice short covering related bounce, which happened, but then CFO departed which they didn't like the sound of so took profit and ran.

I'm pretty sure Astrazeneca's market cap is £180 billion not £180 million, so not very likely to be demoted by Wood Group.

Qube reduced short to below notifiable threshold now 0.47%, although they have a much bigger £14m short on Endevour. From what I understand they are mostly a tech quant shorter, which I think is more based on their special algorythms on price and order flow etc.

Totally different businesses of course but interesting comparisons none the less. I have been a Myprotein customer for 20 years, I think 5kgs of whey used to be £34.95 could have even been a bit less. Today its £174.95 which I will never pay, they also do some weird full price vs percentage off discount most of the time which I think no one is falling for. There is a lot of competition in that space with new comers and big players like GSK. I see Mike Ashley now has bought 5% of THG
