Your statement is completely wrong. The book value is exactly what Premier ( the owner ) have booked the value at.
What the buyer values it at is the market value.
This is very basic, are you quite sure you have 2.3million shares here ?

The book value is what the contingent reserves of Zama have been booked at by Premier Oil. You are correct that this value doesn't matter as Premier is very undervalued, due to poor sentiment, high Debt to EBITDA, Warrants outstanding and over 26% of the stock currently shorted ! $3 per barrel of reserves is not the book value that is the approximate value that recent sales of oil finds have been sold for. Some as high as $6 per barrel, I was trying to be realistic. So $2 per barrel already is a massive discount.

SXX didn't apply for UKEF they applied for the UK Infrastructure fund. I am at a loss as to why ?
UKEF is £12Billion in value with an extra £1 Billion each year for 2020 an 2021.
I think Premier Oil is a good bet for UKEF as they have positive FCF unlike SXX.

Such a shame that they chose a fossil fuel company to sponsor such a great acheivement..a sub 2 hour marathon. Saw Jim down there on the finish line. Perhaps he would like to help another good cause and buy or even take a stake in Enquest.

Amjad has enough cash to buy the entire free float and then some. Hes not buying to prop up the shareprice, he didn't buy at 15p or at 10p. Hes just accumulating for the charitable foundation its as simple as that. Well done on Parkmead today, you'll soon be back to breakeven.

Premier can't because they don't have the funds but the Farm in partner might want to. They would not want to do this before UKEF is granted by which time the SP will be at least double. I would expect a bid would be in the 40s. Hopefully management and shareholders would reject it.

I wasn't including you in that synopsis. Unless you have close to £500 grand still left in this as someone quoted they did previously.

You guys have made a very strong case as to why you have no faith in management, FID, Premier Oil, Argentina, UKEF. Someone even stated there might not even be an oil find at all. I'm sure NIGOIL and myself although we are very confident have not 'invested' life changing amounts here, where as you guys say you already have. This is madness, you've effectively bet the ranch on something your VERY unsure and negative on its prospects.
In my view you simply must de-risk as soon as possible. Obviously the first one of you to do this will gain a price advantage on the rest of you.
