There is potential for mid to high 100s. I think the best scenario here would be a lowball (ish) offer by Mr D plus others or Total / CNOC. Rejected by Dorothy and the Instis.
That would kick us back close to the £1 and then with new CEO we can make the slow recovery.

Firstly as you accused me of ramping. It is you who's ramping with your theory ( posted as fact ) that Mr Dossou is loaning out his stock to short so he can accumulate. This would only happen if he was going to go for a take over.

Secondly you asked 'Please provide evidence that Mr 12% is not loaning stock out to short?'
The 'evidence' as you call it is in the RNS which I've mentioned before.. there is no mention of stock lending on any of Mr Ds holdings.
The second evidence is the total stock on loan figure which had not increased whilst MrD was accumulating which it would have if he was loaning out his stock.

You mention Mr Big is manipulating this and refer again to Mr D. Well financially speaking hes is a gnat compared to BlackRock or Odey so really you should call him Mr Small

Both Tullow and HUR will recover. Oil is really out of favour at the moment and we've just had the biggest oil price fall in 3 years !
I would say please don't go too large and buy only quality companies. Also read share prophets for the warnings on some stocks.

Please learn how to read a Notification of Holdings RNS. There is no stock lending figure what so ever.

Its mostly all in the RNS whose increased and no stock lending on those holdings.

OToil Ltd which could be ( Russian or Hungarian )is the increased holding under Mr Dossou and last time Narbonne Inv. based in Cayman Islands.
A note for every one THERE IS NO DECLARED STOCK LENDING on those holdings.

I guess I was just calling the bottom for Brent. There does seem to be some ex city types talking the short side on these boards. Fear is a much more powerful emotion than greed. Our shorting friend SR is saying he bought Kier at 110 now !
Its possible that these 'retail' shorters are just buying while talking it down all day.

I think I called $57 a few days ago in reply to downbutnotouts chart saying WTI could fall through $48.
I also sited Kier Group to Sentiment Rules when he asked what other company with such a high debt to equity value ever recovers. So by that measure his 59p short here should get breached !

Its some sort of private hospital company based in UAE I think. Subjected to Muddy Waters short attack, theres a few pieces on share prophets warning about it. It looks to me like mostly shorts taking profits has caused the rises there.

I think you are going by gut feels, as there have been no reduced holdings RNS for 2 months. Sammy could have easily got the additional shares from the under 3% holders and PIs stop losses. I think you are assuming that the market makers would have taken HUGE sell orders which they are still ( soon to finish if so ) processing.
Even when stocks get booted out the FTSE250 meaning Instis must dump asap they still RNS reductions regularly. Its the rules and I don't believe they are all 'naughty'
