Are Tullow not producing revenue on a proven product ? My comment re HUR was only about the market cap as it was once over £1b as Tullow used to be.

Forgive me if I have misread your tone but you sound a little dismissive/ sceptical of my assertions that I have read UKEF have modeled Brent at $65. 100% I have read this. When you say you weren't looking for mention of Premier Oil does that mean you didn't read the document but searched for $65 ?
I've just had a skim read of the annual report and I don't think it is in there.
The mention of Premier Oil's consultation was in the Goverment Response to UKEF Foreign Content Policy Dated 22 July 2019, page 23. The Oil price modeling isn't mention there. I'm still looking where I read it. From that document

You run a small trades selling algo all day then one or two large buys ( cheaper ) then another buy or two after 4.30. Hence daily position increased.

I think an important thing to mention is UKEF have modeled Brent prices to average $65 for the next few years. So their decision making will be based on that price.
