I only mean stock lending would be notified with the change of holdings RNS not as a notification itself. Anyway it looks like the maximum fine for non compliance is £50,000 so I guess if someone wanted to with hold the info its up to them.

That argument holds no water. The 5+ or so de ramping posters on this board only post on RKH or mostly only on RKH.
The ramping posters here post on and hold other stocks. There is no other board on the LSE with so much de ramping hence why some of us seek to challenge such behaviour.
Mostly we are all wasting our time.
We are all here to make money hence holding at 40p or even 18p and calling 10p or 5p over and over without selling makes ZERO sense.

There could be some Mr 12% accumulation algo shenanigans but. The Notification of Holdings shows there is no stock lent out. That is what the market has been told and we have to go by that. Which also means he is not feeding the shorters. Much more likely the Instis who are holding from 200p.. have no intention of selling anytime soon will lend their stock out for a 3% return on it. There will be no shortage of stock to borrow here !
