Not sure who you are asking but if you want my opinion.. its most likely a no. The Fed ECB and BOJ etc have declared whatever it takes and QE to infinity. I think this is whats driving the Gold price rally, which I have been enjoying since POG $1230s

I should add if they could take it over for £1b it would have been taken already by private equity or a hedge fund or VC !
They wouldn't even be able to buy it for a mere $4b at the moment.

It depends when the arbitrators meet to discuss the award. I did have a look but could not find anything.
Some of the previous decisions were on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. just a bit of arbitration trivia there , could be helpful in pub quiz one day.

The thing is and this is irrefutable, FEAR is a much more powerful emotion than GREED, ergo its much easier to scare someone into selling or not buying in than it is to ramp or mislead someone into buying.
For an example of this in the markets look at the Muddy Waters attack on Burford Capital ( now going through the courts )
