I did say Newstomorrows presence was a good sign.
For what its worth and just from my own research, I think UKEF, Navitas etc has been known for 5 or 6 months.
I also think Oil must be of high strategic importance to Israel, and Israeli investors might take issue with an Oiler with presence in Egypt.

Premier is over £1 with a massive amount still short, there is also the RI and placing so all could change. One thing for sure the market cap there will be much higher soon but the SP that depends on ARCM and friends

Kier Group are nothing like TLW, they have huge amounts of trade payables hiding in plain sight so the net debt figure looks low. They have been trying to sell the homebuilding division plus land with plots for a mere £100m supposed to be happening about 4 months ago.. still no bids announced. This is also their most profitable division, so when they do sell it the company will be much much smaller.
