I can see why you didn't want to sell at 217 with how 2021 looks like it will play out for Silver 217 is just way too cheap.

Your HOC buyer theory sounds like a good one.. be better for us if it doesn't get bought out though.

A good point and I guess Italy could offer a settlement. It would have to be approved by harbour litigation funding and the legal team. From the research I have done I am confident it would have to be a large amount ie millions of Euro into 3 figures.

Cairn announces that the tribunal established to rule on its claim against the Government of India has found in Cairn's favour.



Cairn's claim was brought under the terms of the UK-India Bilateral Investment Treaty, the legal seat of the tribal was the Netherlands and the proceedings were under the registry of the Permanent Court of Arbitration.



The tribunal ruled unanimously that India had breached its obligations to Cairn under the UK-India Bilateral Investment Treaty and has awarded to Cairn damages of US$1.2billion plus interest and costs, which now becomes payable.
