Those of us who have done the research know the award ( if won ) should be in the order of hundreds of millions of Euro.
Doesn't mean to say there will be any award what so ever but it does look good especially with Cairns recent win and Italy now changing the law to stop any future arbitration, why do this if they think they have won ?

I think it would/ might be known if they are resubmitting to UKEF. Lots of people involved would have this knowledge and so it could be leaked well in advance like now.
