There was still a lot of stock on loan at the end of Jan 21 But according to Aktien check the transaction took place on the 1st Feb. I have no way of checking this date as its a pay for service. The hedgies/ traders should know this however.

There are still enough shorts that have to close. If Rye Bay really have closed their position it would leave the other shorts with less support.
The postponement of the results also makes holding the short more expensive ( monthly fee ) for the shorters.

Just a thought in 2049 I reckon Brent will be at least $200 a barrel if there still is a Dollar that is.

ARCM went I think 120 days without reporting a short position on Premier Oil.
The Rye Bay transaction supposedly only happened yesterday meaning ( from memory of ESMA ) they might be able to not report it until tonight hence tomorrows FCA update would be the first we would know.

Its also just bounced off the 50DMA so could easily see 9p Brent is now at a 1 year high and looks like its heading for $60

Just got a 20p discount from the opening. Was that a good move ..time will tell.

No miner is getting a $10 premium on Spot prices. There was usually a slight discount to spot. I could see a situation where a premium would be possible but it would be more like $1 per Oz than $10 !

Correct, I think we might be looking at a crazy increase in Silver price coming. As I said before due to all the extra money printed and now in the system Silver should be $146 per Oz !
If that happens HOC will ten bag from this level. INMHO
